Titan is easy, build from their portfolio options and relax, they handle the trading and everything else. If I trade myself, I lose, the odds are against the retail investor.

Don't waste any time working with this…
Don't waste any time working with this company, they have TERRIBLE customer service, they don't even have a phone. They do all their CS though a chat and it takes days, not minutes. I had an account with them for their Crypto, but once ETF's were live, they simply bought the IBIT ETF, that I can do by myself on Schwab, why pay them monthly fees. Once I tried to close my account, it took days and the IBIT ETF dropped and ended up costing me over $2K, from the price when I put in my sale/transfer to when it finally went through. Save yourself the time, headache and money and go elsewhere.

Titan is a scam
Titan was a terrible experience for me. I lost $3400 can on this site. I was unable to withdraw my money when I wanted. This company is a scam stay away.

I was a customer of Titan for multiple…
I was a customer of Titan for multiple years, I referred friends, and all to get 0% fees. Over time, they focused more on growing AUM and less on returns and investments for customers.
They then revoked my 0% fees and started charging me and their performance sucked. It took me 6 months to move my funds to a trusted Vanguard/Fidelity as well because they invested my IRA into Russian stocks which other brokerages couldn't accept and charged me over $100 fee to transfer my account. I've lost so much money from these people and they still are holding $100 in my account which I am unable to remove.
Never use this product.

Poor technology, low conviction and high churn. Everything about the platform is clunky and confusing. From 2FA not working well to performance reports that are more smoke and mirrors than data. Seems like they should do marketing for a real asset manager I'm invested in all four of their funds: -16.94%, -25.43%, -25.09%, and -23.30%. I'm frustrated by every aspect of their site and tools. However, they are very good at smoke screening and writing multiple emails every day explaining what is going on in the market. Interesting that they have so much to say, but do a horrible job with actual trades. One example is selling Amazon the day before earnings out of fear from the Facebook sell off. I hold Amazon in my regular broker (luckily 99% of my money is there), and I would never sell it during a 7% correction based on nothing. Another example is selling the absolute bottom with Chinese holdings such as BABA. These guys must have really rich parents bank rolling this stupid business. I notice they have done a lot of gaming the reviews to make things look better than they are. Trust me on this one, don't give them a single dollar Update: I've taken all my assets off their platform. Surprise! They had me invested in Russia! Nice :D Guess that'll be a -100% return. Also it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove 2FA from your account. Normally wouldn't matter since I am giving up on the company. But in this case I need to remove 2FA. They have the meta-data setup incorrectly and having their key in Authy actually makes it impossible to add 2FA for my email. Long story short, Titan can't do anything right

Hey there – sorry to hear you had a negative experience with Titan! As Titan clients ourselves, this broad market correction has been anything but easy to stomach and seeing losses is never a positive experience. We published our Q2 update where Clay discussed how we're navigating a rising rates environment; in short, we spent the better part of the Q4/Q1 trimming/selling our stakes in many high growth/rich valuation names in exchange for businesses that generate a lot of free cash flow, and we remain fully hedged with a lot of dry powder to deploy in the coming weeks / months to the extent stocks go lower. We have been focused on protecting client capital.
Despite recent market gains over the last month or so, we have performed relatively in line with the benchmarks while continuing to be protectionary towards the down side - we have high levels of cash and our hedges are on. We've been encouraging our clients to stay the course and remember the saying that time in the market is more important than timing the market.
We are defensively positioned in our highest conviction ideas that should provide stability through a period of severe market fragility, which has been our primary focus. Our rationale for a given trade can always be found in the investor updates section of the app or on our website. Our most recent trade update provides more detail into recent changes and outlook. Performance is available in app and on web as well.
A note regarding your comment on Russia, exchanges trading Yandex were halted in June. If/when we are able to restart trading these securities we will be able to swiftly trade out of the equity. Lastly, on 2FA, our Client Experience team is always available to assist on issues such as this in addition to instructions for disabling being available online.
