I have ordered £1500 of tyres from this Company. Online portal says they are delivered but were not. Unable to contact them and receive no response. I believe this may be a scam company

I ordered tires on 10/21/24 I got a message that everything was shipped in 4-6 days on 10/24/24 I got a message that they needed an extra 3 days. On 11/4/24 I called the hotline and they informed me that the order was canceled 4 days ago, and they apologized but forgot to send me the information that it was canceled. worst service zero help I do not recommend.

Joke of a company. Ordered tyres and was given a delivery date. Nearly a week past delivery date and no tyres arrived. Tried to contact on the online form but that won't work. Tried ringing at 9am on a Monday morning but the automated voice says I'm calling out of hours. They don't contact you about your order but they'll gladly accept your money. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. Wouldn't be surprised if they're just a scam company.

Good price & received my tyre on time.I highly recommend them and will be buying more tyre from them in the future.

What a fantastic experience, the tyres even come before stated…. Communication was brilliant from the start and customer service was also. I was a little concerned to begin with as it was coming from a long way, but Tirendo have got me telling all my friends about this place!! 5 star guys keep up the great work

Terrible customer service, several websites as fronts for them or supplying on their behalf. They don't care and are frankly gangsters.

Lying phone team. Was told 3 different stories about my order. First it had been shipped and to speak to DPD as not their issue now (seriously, oh and dpd where brilliant helping me sending emails of scans and everything), then it was "Just shipped today and you will have tracking number in 5 minutes", 3 days later no tracking number, next it was "Oh they are out of stock, we will send you more when they arrive" and phone call mysteriously hung up so another 20 minutes slog through their system to speak to someone.

Tyres missing. Go find them yourself.

Partial delivery? Go find it yourself.

Delivery time of 3 days? Nope because they ship from Europe expect 10 to 14 working days!

Correct tracking numbers? Nope we only have ones from our European warehouse to shipper, so it's recorded delivered and you have no way to track order. Phone for tracking numbers, get hung up on after 25 minute wait.

Refunds? 3 weeks later I'm still waiting on one, after they have confirmed tyres returned!

I've now ordered several sets with them in 2024, and every single set there has been a major tracking or supply issue which I've been lied or misrepresented to by their customer service team.

Delivery was quick and faster than estimated, the tyres were undamaged and of good quality. Have been using them for almost 6 months now with no problems. For my next tyre purchase I will most likely use Tirendo again since the price is very competitive.

Utter garbage. Tyres to be delivered 23 Jan, then get email 2days before stating unsure as to when the tyres would actually arrive. Ask for refund as tyres are urgently needed but will not give a refund “in case they arrive” as deemed still in transit. In my opinion it’s their job to chase DPD (dozy parcel drivers) not mine. Not given any date as to when the “deemed in transit” cut off date is. Plus not even a UK company.

With the price of tyres increasing dramatically in the uk i thought id have a look on Google. Tirendo popped up with a very good price for a set of tyres. I knew they would take a while with them coming from Germany and was impressed when they arrived in 8 days. My usual tyre supplier wasn't impressed when i told him the price but he fitted them due to the large amount of commercial tyres i buy off him. So basically dont have any reservations about ordering tyres from abroad, i will be for all my vehicle's..

Nothing on website indicating tyres are coming from abroad allowing the customer the opportunity to make a choice to purchase tyres based on this information and taking into consideration all the risks involved.
Tyres held up indefinitely in customs and no one can tell us when we will get our tyres and of course no refund until they arrive, so no tyres and no refund.
A risk I would not have risked taking if I had known they were coming from abroad

Hassle free ordering. Arrived in 10 days, even though they were shipped from Germany. Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 3. Couldn't get them anywhere else. Price was very good. Thank you

By far the best value, ordered and delivered 9 days later. Regular emails informing that item was despatched, then passed to courier. Took a few days to clear customs as items are sent from Germany.

slow in receiving tyres,otherwise very happy with product.

Shocking. Didn't despatch for nearly 2 weeks but insisted they had done so and just couldn't be bothered to check properly, sending 'stock' information and just telling lies. Has taken 3 weeks in total to arrive.
I have bought tyres from EU for years but first time from Tirendo, I would NOT recommend

I bought a tyre on behalf of my brother, this was the only company that had the correct size 140/80-19 in stock.
I must admit I thought this company was UK based when I ordered and was surprised to find that I had ordered from a company in Germany, but they kept me informed most of the way, they sent me tracking info for the German side,but when it reached its destination in Germany, all tracking finished leaving me guessing as to what was happening for about a week, then I received an email from a different company (UK based) stating my tyre was being delivered the next day and it was.
The tyre arrived safe and sound but about a week later than stated, 3 weeks total.
All in all not too bad, but could of done with updates during the middle bit.

Tyres were significantly cheaper than ASDA, Blackcircles etc. I ordered a full set of five plenty of time before I would need them knowing that they might be delayed by customs or courier problems. The delivery estimate was 8 days after ordering (6 working days) and they actually arrived on the 9th day. Got an email from the courier (DPD) on the morning of delivery with a one hour time slot. All correct make and size with under 12-months-old manufacture date code. Couldn't ask for more, really. I will use them again with the same caveat of ordering 6 weeks+ ahead of the time I need the tyres.
