Fantastic childcare
We used Tinies at the RCPCH 2025 Conference in Glasgow. My toddler was a bit apprehensive when he was dropped off in this new environment, but the Tinies staff were amazing and he settled in really quickly. He spent a full three days there and had such a great time. In fact he didn't want to leave when I went to pick him up each evening as he was having so much fun! It meant that I was able to attend the conference without having to worry about my son, as he was taken such good care of. Thank you so much Tinies - I would highly reccomend them!

Tinies ran the crèche for the RCPCH…
Tinies ran the crèche for the RCPCH 2025 Conference in Glasgow and it was absolutely amazing! I was apprehensive that our two year old would settle in an unfamiliar childcare setting but the staff were so skilled and the wide array of toys so great that she loved it and spent three full days there. Couldn't recommend more!

Charity event creche - great experience
We had a creche arranged for a charity event for disabled children. Lisa and her team were excellent both in the run up to the event and on the day, with positive feedback received from all parents and carers of the children attending. We would use them again and recommend them highly.

Excellent! We use Tinies for temporary staff in Surrey and out of the few agencies we use we can guarantee the quality we will receive from Tinies compared to others is excellent and they're reliable and turn up on time!

Temp staff for Pre School Dorset
We have just started using Tinies for temporary staff to cover sickness at our Pre School. The process of signing up and getting our first person was so easy. I love that we had a bio about the person being sent. The staff member we had was amazing both with children and getting on with our staff. This is the first time we've used an agency but its exceeded our expectations.

Recommend Tinies
We recently stayed at The Grove and booked a babysitter for our young son via Tinies. The customer service was excellent - the team were very friendly, reassuring and efficient. They provided all the information I required. I had to cancel a booking last minute due to illness and they were very accommodating, moving the fee/ booking to a new date. Penny who babysat was lovely and sent me updates throughout the evening that all was okay. I would definitely recommend Tinies.

We recently stayed at the Grove hotel!
We recently stayed at the Grove hotel, which was a last minute booking over the xmas- new year period. I required a nanny for a last minute session for my one year old- the hotel said its unlikely as its so last min but to give them a call. I was greeted on the phone by a wonderful lady called Joanna, who endeavoured to find me the perfect person to look after my baby for a few hours while I ran errands,
and she really did. Penny was fantastic , turned up on time (10 mins early to introduce herself and go through everything!) which was great, and sent updates throughout to let me know how he had settled. Im really greatful for such a wonderful experience as I hadn't left him before. Thankyou so so much your all wonderful x

HAPPY TINIES WEST MIDLANDS NANNY SERVICE
I found the service that we received from Tinies West Midlands was commendable and very professional. The two ladies that looked after the children were very friendly, reliable and thoughtful. They were very flexible with what we wanted them to do and I felt very comfortable with them and sure that the children will be happy and well looked after, as indeed they were.
The parents of the children were very happy that we had used this company and we will continue to do so.
I highly recommend Tinies West Midlands nannie service.

Georgina and the team at Tinies (North West) were excellent. Very professional and friendly. Setup was fast. We used the creche and soft play services for an NHS event and everything went smoothly.

Awful place to work at!
I absolutely loved it when I first came to work for Tinies! I was at a different childcare agency before and left them due to reasons. At first Tinies was great! I constantly had jobs and was working Mon-Fri regularly and with long shifts.
However in the last few months they have gone downhill! There was a month where I barely worked and maybe did about 4-5 shifts in that entire month. Everytime I mentioned leaving them they said that work would get better and more shifts would come in, however that did not happen at all.
I have had a few sicknesses recently and have not had the best health in the past months and they have been shockingly rude about this. There were times where I could not go in for my shifts as the sickness was super bad and they kept being rude to me about it. I am officially done with this company and would not recommend it to anyone.
There are far better agencies out there so I would suggest you go there instead. They are awful!
