Exceptional Childcare Support
From the moment I met with Lisa and we talked through our requirements, I knew Lisa at Tinies West Midlands was the perfect agency for our event. Lisa completely understood what we needed and was brilliant to work with throughout.
We ran a full weekend summer event for families, and there was quite a number of them, which required in-room childcare, kids’ clubs, and an activity club for children, all of which were delivered to the highest standard. The feedback from families who used the service was absolutely fantastic, with many praising the professionalism, friendliness, and care shown by the team.
We couldn’t be happier and will absolutely be using Lisa and her team again in the near future. Thank you for helping make our event such a success!

My time with Tinies at West Midlands was good, I enjoyed doing the crèches, had good communication with them and was supported too, and if there was a location far for me to get I was offered a lift which I appreciated it.

Corporate Creche
Tinies provided the creche for a corporate event we were running. They were fantastic. The staff were so lovely and the kids had an amazing time.

When working at Tinies north west I was well supported, communication was great and I was able to be part of a lovely team. Lou at tinies has been a great help to me during my time there and was alway only a phone call/ text message away. I was able to pick up shifts and communicate with families with ease using the app. I would definitely recommend Tinies agency to both families and practitioners looking for work. This company is completely…
This company is completely unprofessional and disorganised. They called me about a childcare position without even reviewing my CV, and then told me I wasn’t eligible because I don’t have 1 year of experience. Just one week later, they called me again, asking if I was still looking for a childcare job. When I reminded them they had already rejected me for not having the required experience, they casually said they were just checking for any “update.” I asked how they expected someone to magically gain one year of experience in a week — their response? “We’ll remove your name from our system.”
No apology. No accountability. No respect for people’s time. They seem to randomly call candidates without tracking anything properly. It feels careless and even disrespectful. I would not trust them with something as serious as childcare if they can’t even manage a simple recruitment process properly.
Avoid this company if you’re looking for professionalism or basic courtesy.

RCN congress 2025
My daughter was cared and looked after at Liverpool during the RCN congress,am really impressed how she was taken care of.
She felt at home immediately I brought her in because I was worried if she will be able to settle down especially in a new environment.

Amazing staff.
My daughter was attending a creche for the first time and I was worried.
She adapted seamlessly to my amazement.
Tinnies west Midlands staff were so amazing.
They always had a smile on their faces and all the kids were well taken care of.
I waited endlessly for a call to.say come pick your kid but it never happened.
I recommend Tinnies West Midlands to any mom like who is anxious about child care.
The staff went over and beyond.

Caring childcare company
I’ve been with Tinies Yorkshire for over 4 years. There is always a good variety of lovely nurseries and nanny jobs to choose from.

I have had a very positive experience working for Tinies and have done quite a number of shifts for them recently. Lou Duggan is always very helpful and organised. I like the flexibility of working in the creches in particular, as I can fit shifts around my family commitments and it is rewarding to support the parents and children. Tinies NorthWest is a friendly and supportive team to work for.

Good experience with Tinies Herts
I’ve used Penny, at The Grove Hotel on the two separate occasions I’ve visited for 2 nights each time. She looked after my 1 & 3 year old Daughters. She’s excellent, really experienced and trustworthy. She always arrived early and my older daughter really took a shining to her. My little one enjoyed her cuddles.
Tinies Herts are always helpful organising babysitting and I recommend them!
