Great service! Overall trusted partner for all watch related activities!

Watch was as described and in excellent condition as was the box etc, prompt service and delivery. Thank you a positive experience from Australia.

Very friendly and thoroughly professional services provided by all I met at Timepiece360.

Excellent and friendly.

I am a repeat customer for a reason. It feels like dealing with friends and I am happy to have found a place where buying and selling is at reasonable prices, hassle free and super transparent. And special requests are handled the way they should be: making me feel special and appreciated. Kudos to Khaled and his team!

Superb service. 5 stars !!

Perfect customer care in the hardest circumstances, special thanks to Alaa & Diaa.

Thanks a lot to time piece 360 team and special thanks to Khalid and Alaa , you did it in professionally way .

Friendly, knowledgeable and honest team. Great selection of high quality and hard to obtain watches. Great service. Would highly recommend.

I received an email from your accounts team that my watch has been sold and the payment would be effected on the 16th of December. Today it's the 21st and despite repeated reminders requesting an update from your accounts and sales staff I have no response. If this is how you treat your customers be rest assured I will never reccommed your services. It is pathetic that I need to follow up repeatedly for my payment which I still have not received and your staff lacks the basic courtesy of even responding.
I hope the promoters of this business are reviewing this please note I still do not have any response from your staff!!!

Once again we’ll organized professional and customer focused
Keep up the good work

Excellent customer service, would definitely be referring them going forward.

Super service!!! After i ordered i receive a call within 2 days to arrange the delivery! The day of delivery i received an other call that my product is on way!

Great personalized service. Highly recommended

I have been looking for a company to restore my father's old Seiko 6105-8110 and finally found Timepiece 360. They took great care of the watch as it has great sentimental value to me. The end result has been fantastic and I am very happy with their service.

Good quality watches fast easy delivery and payment.

I purchased my Rolex Rootbeer dream watch from TP360 and the experience was more than thrilling. Khaled as always was very friendly and professional making the purchase as smooth as ever. I can't wait for my next purchase...
