Trading in older watches and buying newer models
Everyone in the shop was inviting and friendly, we were showcased as many watches as we liked, along with some refreshments. We were trading in 2 Rolex watches for 2 alternative, newer models so after discussions, a mutual and fair price was agreed upon for both the 'trade in' prices and the price paid for the new ones. I have worn my Rolex Datejust every day since I purchased it and to date not had any issues. I was impressed with the service on the day as well as the after service, so I would highly recommend purchasing from Timepiece to anyone.

From the moment I arrived
From the moment I arrived, the outlet in Gold and Diamond Park, just oozes professionalism. The reception staff are great, with the horologists / technicians clearly visible working diligently at their work stations.
Updates are provided regularly via sms and whatsapp on the due collection date of the timepiece.
On collection of my watch, I was fortunate to be dealt with by Christine, however, all the staff are great. I have no hesitation in recommending Timepiece 360, to service repair any timepiece.
The place is dangerous! Too many beautiful pieces to choose from!!!!!

And another great deal with TP360...
I lost count of how many watches my wife and I have bought and sold with TP360 over the last 5-6 years. As always, negotiations and transactions are smooth and the staff over at TP360 is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The selling and buying process and experience is very good. I can only recommend TP360.
