I purchased a used Toyota Hilux from Jon at Time Motors and their after sales care was excellent. There were a few minor issues that Time agreed to sort before I purchased the vehicle. When I went to collect the truck I noticed quite a big dent on the front wing that somehow I hadn't noticed before. Without quibble they agreed to get a fixed and it was sorted when i collected a week or so later. The air con wasnt working when I test drove the truck and they agreed to have it fixed for me as part of the deal. They had it regassed before I collected but it became apparant it still wasn't working. They had their garage look at it for me and re-gassed it for me again - it worked for a week and then packed up again. Without quibble they had it back to their garage again, this time they found a very tiny leak, fixed it and re-gassed it again! That fixed it and it has been fine since. For various reasons this was nearly 3 months after I pruchased the truck - at no point did they try and wriggle out of fixing the air con despite the costs involved. Overall a good buying experience and excellent after sales support.

Found the car we were looking for online at Time Motors and they had the vehicle ready to view and test drive when we arrived. No pressure from salespeople and happy to let us take it out for a drive. One warning light was showing for low tyre pressure but that was fixed when they serviced the vehicle and completed all the advisories that were showing on the MOT. Good experience and would use again.

Very thorough in their vehicle knowledge. As the van had no service history they did a full service before I collected the vehicle. All advisory notes from the last MOT were fixed as well as a new MOT issued. Even bits of external trim were replaced and some very minor scratches touched up before I collected the vehicle. Felt very reassured by everyone’s professionalism.

I had never heard of Time motors until i found the van i was looking for, From the first visit we were impressed by the professional, friendly and helpful service.
So impressed i bought the Van.

I bought a Mini Countryman from Time Motors a couple of months ago and I have been really pleased with the vehicle and the service from the guys at Time. They were happy for me to arrange a vehicle inspection as I am 170 miles away and reserved it for me until that was completed. I traded in my car to them and although the agreed price was below what I could have sold it for, it was several hundred more than online car buyers offered me. Overall very pleased with whole experience.

We viewed two Isuzu D-Max pickup trucks at Time Motors, both of which were well presented and parked next to each other to allow us to compare and contrast. We selected a favourite, and placed a deposit to secure it.

Time Motors fixed some minor snags that we requested, and we collected the vehicle one week later. We’re very happy with our new pickup, and also with the fair Part Exchange value we received for our Defender.

Great team to deal with, and we’d certainly use Time Motors again when it’s time to buy a new commercial vehicle.

It is difficult to single out one person when all the team were outstanding in their approach when I purchased a van from them recently. The courteous way in which I was treated said a lot. Every question was answered without hesitation, sound advice offered. Aftersales has been very good resolving any issues, I would certainly recommend the team.

Visited time motors made to feel very welcome by the staff tell them the vehicle I was interested in took me around to see the vehicle. Show me all the relevant paperwork service history went out for a pleasant test drive. Found the staff to be very helpful, especially Z. Went above and behind purchase my vehicle the weekend after had a few little teething problems but very quickly sorted out with a simple phone call to Z who sorted the problem in no time at all it certainly will be visiting them again in the future if I ever need another vehicle pleasant experience
