I love TimeEtc and found an amazing assistant that way!

I've been working with Deja for a few months now and its been a fantastic experience. Super efficient, pragmatic and just easy. Highly recommended.

Time has been amazing for me! I have Hyper Focus ADHD, and so I have soo many things I want to do and couldn’t keep up with the business side of things and time has taken it out of my hands and done all of it for me!

I've been using Time Etc. for years. I'm a small business owner and it's taken me from feeling like I never have enough time and can't possibly do everything to getting my nights and weekends back. It takes practice to get good at delegating but it's worth the learning curve, and my VA's are so helpful and quick to respond.

I've worked with other VA companies before, but the ease of working with my Time Etc. VA far exceeds my previous experience. I really love my assistant and hope to work with her for a long time!

I contacted time etc just under a month ago to be matched with a VA and prepaid over $1200. I was looking for a someone to handle basic tasks like calendar management and personal research tasks. The first VA they sent me had no experience but was otherwise okay. Decided to swap her out for someone more experienced. The second VA rescheduled our initial call twice and then didn't show up, didn't provide any explanation, and didn't respond to any emails. Got matched with another VA who didn't want to work on anything I needed help with.

I ended up going back to my first VA to ask for help because I was so frustrated at this point and she agreed but then completely ghosted me and has not responded to any emails or provided any work. Finally I escalated to time etc leadership explaining how terrible my experience has been I was and they assured me I'd be working with their best account manager and get the best VA. Again, the new match didn't show up to our call.

This is unacceptably bad. I contacted this service to help with a busy schedule and I have wasted countless hours with beyond suboptimal service. It's honestly baffling how they can't hire someone to show up to a call or respond to an email -- let alone do anything of value.

I spoke to a colleague who has worked with time etc before and they had a similar experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have experienced one of the best customer service experiences from Time. The staff are incredibly attentive and listen to understand how they can help you and your small business.

I will recommend them anytime.

I can't explain how much having my assistants have saved me. It is so wonderful finding someone to support my business. And I absolutely love the fact that if it doesn't work - no hard feelings - move onto another assistant. That is hard because I don't like being the bad guy when relationships don't work! But I have found some real gems in working with Time Etc and love what the work they do!

Time Etc. found an extremely competent, friendly, and engaging assistant for me. She is truly a part of our team! It's been a month and they continue to be pro-active in making sure that our needs are being met.

The moment after my initial consultation with Time Etc. I could feel that I made a good decision. I even slept better that night. TE sent me a perfectly tailored assistant and we have been off to the races ever since. I have been able to devote more time to cerebral pursuits while delegating tedious tasks to my TE assistant, who completes them flawlessly. I urge anyone and everyone to engage with TE for the betterment of their situation. TE's video tutorials and general support network are also very helpful to approach everything in an organized manner.

Victoria is a great assistant! She intuitively seems to know exactly what I need -- and she's super-fast, too. Working with her makes the day so much better.

I've had two assistants with TimeEtc. The first wasn't an amazing fit but the second Assistant assigned to me has been incredible, can't imagine running my business without them now, even with the small amount of hours I use per month. It's the perfect price point for me as a small business. The service is extremely flexible in how you use it and you can figure out best work practices/communication/tasks with the assistant directly.

TimeEtc works great as a middle-person with any issues/questions and has always been quick to respond or remedy issues. My only wish is that the app and web interface were better designed, it's pretty clunky and a pain to use.
