TilneyTrotters is a Father and Daughter business dealing with No-Pull, Chest-Led dog harnesses. The lead is attached to the dogs' chest and not to the back of the dog. This is far better and more comfortable than attaching a lead to the back of a harness or the dogs collar, or using a nose led lead which most dogs do not like and is by far more comfortable for the dog. On the chest it allows for better and easier control. A lead attached to the back encourages dogs to pull. The harness enables the dog plenty of freedom and comfort, and trains them to walk to heal. It also helps the dog walker control the dog and alleviates all the aches and strains, bad backs and shoulder problems from a pulling dog. Trading since 2021 we are a young business trying to help dog owners and their dogs enjoy their time together when out for walks.

Great company, great harness!
Customer service is amazing. Harness itself is comfortable for my dog, and when he does reach the end of his lead the pull from the chest corrects him quickly without causing any strain. He's now walking much better thanks to this harness! Reflectiveness has come in useful for our evening walks too.

Wow - excellent product
I have tried numerous methods to stop being dragged down the road by my excitable cocker spaniel. From the first use he stopped dragging and now only pulls very slightly as if he needs to know he is at his limit - excellent product

Flimsy
Flimsy, and thin didn’t help my 8 month old puppy to walk beside me. Not suitable for sniffy walks. Thin streps under his arm pits. Not sure where the research that having the lead on the side comes from. Prompt delivery.

Hello Issy. May I ask if you've fitted the harness correctly? The lead should be attached on the front ring on the chest. As to the thin strips you mention. The small harness you ordered is for small dogs. May be, you should have purchase a medium, as your pup will only grow. Our harnesses get thicker and more substantial as they go up in size and we have been complimented as to the quality. Many dog owners swear by this type of harness to control and walk safely with their dogs. Many thanks for your opinion and review.

Good quality product, good delivery service
Very quick despatch and delivery, and the harness is lightweight and well made. My dog has only worn it a couple of times but it appears sturdy and comfortable for him.
However, it's not a miracle cure for pulling (and tbh I didn't expect it to be). He's a determined young working-line spaniel and if he wants to pull, he can - only patience and further training will cure him of that! Attaching the lead to the front ring of the harness does limit its effectiveness though, and makes him easier to control.

Yes, for some dogs our harness isn't an instant cure from pulling, however as you say when attaching the lead to the front chest ring it makes it easier to control him. Some dogs take to it instantly and others can take a bit of time. Good luck with him and the training. Happy Walking!
