TilneyTrotters is a Father and Daughter business dealing with No-Pull, Chest-Led dog harnesses. The lead is attached to the dogs' chest and not to the back of the dog. This is far better and more comfortable than attaching a lead to the back of a harness or the dogs collar, or using a nose led lead which most dogs do not like and is by far more comfortable for the dog. On the chest it allows for better and easier control. A lead attached to the back encourages dogs to pull. The harness enables the dog plenty of freedom and comfort, and trains them to walk to heal. It also helps the dog walker control the dog and alleviates all the aches and strains, bad backs and shoulder problems from a pulling dog. Trading since 2021 we are a young business trying to help dog owners and their dogs enjoy their time together when out for walks.

We ordered the wrong size initially so we sent it back and got a refund straight away.
Excellent customer service.
We re-ordered a bigger size and we are more than happy with the harness.
It is definitely the best one we have had.
It's a pleasure going on a walk now. Many Thanks.

I ordered 2 tilney trotter harnesses for my cocker spaniels who really pulled when out walking together. They walk beautifully on these harnesses and are now a pleasure to walk. Fits them perfectly and they have plenty of movement, ordering was easy and delivery was very quick. Would recommend these harnesses to anyone who's dogs pull on the lead

Love the harness and lead
Love the harness and lead , makes walking my dog easy .I have fibromyalgia and now have to walk with a stick and a pulling dog made it impossible, now I can walk him easily . I bought the blue set which he looks so cute in , the only thing which would make it perfect would be a matching collar . Would highly recommend to anyone .

We're glad you like it Faye. We started selling these types of harnesses to help take the strain off the dog walker and also to help the dog to be happy and comfortable on their walks so both can enjoy walking together. Many thanks for your feedback. Happy Walking!

Many thanks for your review Jo. Great to hear that you're happy with our harness and you're now enjoying your walks together.
All quiet on the walking from now on
Received this halter yesterday, took my Doberman for an evening walk, what a difference, it was a pleasure walking with her and I am sure she enjoyed it too as I was not always correcting her and pulling her back, she just walked nicely beside me. Ordered the wrong size, was able to return and get the bigger size which fits her beautifully. Great company.

I was skeptical as to whether this…
I was skeptical as to whether this harness could tame my wild Labrador puppy but it’s a game changer! Every time he went to pull, it turned him back around and he looked at us with confusion. It has saved our backs and our sanity!

Great News Craig! Our harness should help calm him down when walking and he will only get better. And as you say, it's so much better than being pulled all over the place and having a bad back. Thank you.

Game changer
A friend lent me one of the Tilney Trotters harness and it was a complete success from the start. I ordered one, the service was excellent, the delivery really quick and the package was well wrapped. It makes dog walking much more pleasurable now for both me and my 22month old border collie. I will be recommending to friends.

The harness was OK but not suitable for my jack russell. His one paw kept slipping out when pulling. Tried tightening it but still was not great.

So sorry to hear that Linda. We have had a few small dogs with very short legs that it doesn't work for as when they bend their legs their elbow slips out on one side. Many thanks for trying our harness.
It works !
After trying every dog harness know to man to try and tame my 1 yr old female springer spaniel plus paying for extra dog training which also didn't work, the Tilney Trotter harness was the last one to try. She couldn't cope with anything over her nose and the ordinary harnesses meant she could pull from her shoulders and she is strong !! So expecting no difference with the Tilney Trotter I can confirm we have witnessed a miracle. She still trys to pull occasionally but it doesn't affect us or her and she is a much happier dog on her walkies and we are happy pawrents. I recommend it to anyone at the end of their tether , it works !
