Would have 5 but I had to phone see if my order was in and it was
Good service otherwise

Tiles were not ordered until I chased and therefore had to rearrange with tiler after being told it would only take a couple of days for delivery. Still waiting for delivery

Brilliant service and always go the extra mile. Tiles were ordered promptly and arrived ahead of time. A couple of broken tiles were replaced the next day without argument.

We had spent months visiting bathroom shops. We literally went into tiles and stone with little hope. Met Freya and within the week she bought everything together and created our dream bathroom. She didn’t once try to do any hard selling and kept within our budget. It was such an easy experience and I would recommend her to anyone looking to get a bathroom.

Freya is extremely efficient and creative with her designs.

Manager Freya White is a true expert in all things tiling and bathrooms — what she doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing! Everyone there is friendly and helpful, and even the delivery comes with a smile.
