Terrible customer service- my order was delivered to the wrong address but the person who took the order gave it back to the delivery driver who returned it to tik tok. Tik tok saying it was delivered and no way for me to send them the inpost email I had received to say it was on the way back! They refused my request for refund - it went on for a while then I contacted PayPal who sorted it out for me
Will not use again

If I could score 0 I would. Bought 2 items, only 1 received, can't get hold of anyone to sort it so part goods and out of pocket its ridiculous

Placed an order through tik tok shop and left specific instructions to relay on where to leave my parcel. They ignored these instructions and left it at my front door in full view. When I returned home my parcel wasn't there. My refund request has been refused for this order. Therefore, I have paid for items which I haven't received. Customer services are not interested.

Avis très négatif sur TikTok Shop à fuir absolument. J'ai commandé sous le numéro 576898180888369663 et je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis. Le transporteur Cainiao a lui-même confirmé par écrit que la livraison n'a pas été faite correctement. Le livreur s'est trompé : il n'a pas téléphoné, n'a pas sonné à mon interphone et n'a pas vérifié mon nom. La signature n'est pas la mienne, la photo montre un hall d'entrée inconnu et des jambes d'homme alors que je suis une femme. C'est la preuve absolue que le colis a été donné à un inconnu. Malgré le mail du transporteur qui reconnaît l'erreur, le service client de TikTok Shop refuse de me rembourser. Le pire, c'est leur mauvaise foi : ils m'envoient des messages hypocrites en disant qu'ils ont analysé mon dossier "attentivement", mais ils disent être bloqués par leur système et me donnent tort. Ils se fichent complètement des lois françaises sous prétexte que l'entreprise est basée en Chine. Cela veut dire que n'importe qui peut se faire voler son colis sans jamais revoir son argent. Ils essaient de se décharger de leur responsabilité en me disant d'aller porter plainte à la police pour qu'ils cherchent mon colis à leur place, ce qui est absurde. Ne commandez jamais sur ce site, leur service client est déplorable, injuste et n'a aucun respect pour les consommateurs.

Appena arrivata la conferma di un ordine mi accorgo dell'indirizzo errato. Segnalo quello giusto sia al venditore sia a tik tok shop per ben 3 volte ciascuno. Il venditore sostiene di non poterlo correggere e così anche tik tok. INCREDIBILE! SERVIZIO PENOSO!

Stay away from this shop - poor quality items and some fake products. Sellers may promise refunds but I purchased a tracker and didn’t work and was refused a full refund. Please do your research first before any purchase. I will not be using again.

Ho effettuato vari acquisti da tik tok shop e tutti andati a buon fine, fino a poco tempo fa dove ho acquistato 2 paia di cuffie da paxa.
Una delle due non funzionava e ho fatto la procedura di reso ed ho spedito l'oggetto. Prima di ricevere l'oggetto il venditore ha rifiutato il reso. TikTok shop ha detto che avrebbe preso in mano la situazione e invece ha dato ragione al venditore, non si sa perché. Cosi mi trovo ad aver pagato l'ordine e aver restituito l'ordine, doppio danno. Mai più acquisterò da questo venditore e mai più da tik tok shop. Il cliente non è tutelato e se un prodotto non funziona non si può restituire, ne riparare. Pessimo

This are scammers in this tiktok shop first no phone number no means of contact if you reply it says no reply at, i purchased two pairs of vt70 phone thinking it was a good bargain not knowing is a scam up to date no phone no respond to email, even tiktok are disputing with my card coming, that the seller is legitimate, ok send me the phones no, refund my money no, pls do not buy from tiktok 80% of the sellers arescammers, up to this moment iam still fighting with my card company to refund my money and tiktok are still busy claiming it was a genuine sell. stick to your ebay and amazon this tiktok is made only for scammers no regulation no address no phone number

Okay they have a lot of good stuff some is price at a great low price but you will be paying way much more because they get you with the high shipping cost so your really not getting a deal plus you have to wait so just go to Walmart or somewhere else.. or look on Amazon..

I would never buy anything again from TikTok shop, I bought fairy adorable 69 washes x2 thought I was getting a bargain here checked online and realise it’s cheaper in the supermarket, I think I will stick to Ebay and Amazon you get a better deal. ( SL PREMIUM )

Per la prima volta (ed ultima sicuramente) ho acquistato un articolo (fortunatamente del solo importo di € 11,90) tramite Tik Tok shop. Arrivato l'articolo e resomi conto della scarsa qualità dello stesso, ho richiesto di fare un reso. Dal momento che le risposte da parte del servizio assistenza clienti di Tik Tok shop non erano tempestive e avendo timore che passassero i 14 gg per effettuare il reso, ho contestualmente aperto una pratica di reclamo con PayPal. Nel frattempo Tik Tok shop ha autorizzato il mio reso, indicandomi di rispedire l'articolo presso un indirizzo, mentre a PayPal ne ha indicato uno diverso. Io ho provveduto a fare la procedura di reso, seguendo le istruzioni di Tik Tok shop e ignorando quelle di PayPal, quindi ho portato l'articolo presso un Locker Point Bartolini che ha scannerizzato il QR che si trovava sulla lettera di vettura ricevuta da Tik Tok Shop e lasciato il pacco. Il reso è giunto a destinazione il giorno seguente (23 Luglio u.s.) ma io non ho mai ricevuto il mio rimborso, in pratica ho perso i soldi e l'articolo acquistato. TikTok dice che devo rivolgermi a PayPal e PayPal dice che non può farmi il rimborso in quanto non ho spedito l'articolo dove mi avevano indicato loro.

Sconsiglio a tutti i commercianti di usare questa insulsa piattaforma, mi hanno disattivato l'account e bloccato i fondi di circa 600€ per motivi poco chiari o inventati e adesso me li trattengono per 90 giorni, come se fossero i loro soldi ignorando quali siano i diritti del venditore (io vendo, il cliente riceve e quindi mi dovete pagare), ok per i 15 giorni dopo aver ricevuto la merce ma trattenervi il mio denaro per 90 giorni proprio no! siete da denuncia!!
Pessima assistenza con operatori incompetenti che non sanno rispondere nulla e non sono adatti al proprio lavoro.
Altra cosa sgradevole: Se un venditore invia un pacco con tanto di tracciamento e il pacco risulta "consegnato" l'acquirente truffatore dichiara di non avere ricevuto il pacco, loro cosa fanno? in automatico lo rimborsano e il venditore e incapace di fare la qualsiasi perché si fanno sempre ragione loro, quindi un venditore non è affatto tutelato ma un truffatore si!
TikTok è fatto solo per video deficienti, Violenza, sesso esposto e altre cagate e non di certo per vendere, nemmeno sanno gestire la me... pensa se sanno gestire uno Shop e-commerce.
Statene alla larga come la peste!

A causa della spedizione/consegna che non avviene e per l’assistenza insufficiente e inadeguata. Impossibile poter effettuare le proprie rimostranze!!! Non comprerò mai più su questo “canale”!!!

I signed up for TikTok shop to earn commissions and I paid 10 euros to Mrs. Chiara without getting anything in return and without being able to withdraw, and basically I made a mistake with the IBAN and they didn't assist me.

Full on idiots.
I -now had- a shop on there and there I no way you can actually have a decent shop there, because you have nothing to say when you’re the owner.
They just leave you with an unfairly treatment. If you trying to have a conversation with the support team they just lead you with nothing, no help or anything.
It’s not worth using your time on there because there is no fair treatment with you as a “shop” owner or the time you actually put in it.

Bought a rug from TikTok shop via a company called Mission Hills Rugs. Arrived in terrible creased condition,in a bag,not rolled and was advertised as non slip,as I have wooden floors that's a necessity,it's not non slip. Please save your money and buy elsewhere.

It has been 49 days and still no reply from TikTok Shop, ON FACEBOOK, DAILY EMAILS, THEIR FEEDBACK PAGE, REVIEWS OR TEMU. What does it takes to get your attention? I will step-up my reviews and start reviewing The Owner, Zhang Yiming...... All I want is what is rightfully mine. My R4400.00. Is that to much for a multi million dollar company?
