Absolutely no customer service , ignored multiple emails , do not answer the phone ever ! Delivery eas not next day as advertised it was actually 1 week later , very very poor service im afraid , just hope i dont need your service in future

Good product, beware of delivery promises…
Everything was as ordered and a good package of extras mean I've been able to get out on the water with minimal fuss. I've ordered two boards, happy with both, the only reason I've not given 5 stars was because delivery was not the promised next day for either. Considerably more for one. Fortunately I had no deadline but is still hard to plan to be in for delivery when it's not as described

I bought my own board last year and it…
I bought my own board last year and it was great and I recommended it to my brother. He bought his 2/3 weeks ago after looking forward to getting one of his own. His board arrived and the first time blowing it up, we noticed there is a leak in the sealant around the valve. The board was inflated correctly to the correct PSI and it was leaking air (no issues with the actual valve, it was inflated correctly with the pin in the correct position). My brother has tried calling them, only to be on hold for 45 minutes and then told to email. He's received one reply in that time asking for a video of the issue which was sent straight back. Since then, nothing. I've recently read reviews on here which I wish we'd checked previously as I can see a lot of other people are having a similar experience. I'm not sure what's happened to this company in the last year, but clearly they've gone massively down hill and I'll be warning others about this because after paying £300 for something to arrive and not be able to use it or get any kind of response is absolutely unacceptable.

No regrets ordering this fabulous board. It was delivered within 2 days. Packaging was excellent. Everything was well protected. The kit is excellent although being over 60 we had to take it in turns to manually pump it up!!
The carry bag is big and holds everything in the kit plus more. 4 very excited grandkids can’t wait to get out on the water. Just waiting for the matching buoyancy vest to come back into stock in my size. It says in the leaflet that you need to register the board for warranty but after contacting the company they said that my receipt is sufficient for warranty. (Got back to my email within 48hours).

Board is fab
Board is fab, customer service could be better....phone lines constantly ringing and are told you're No 1 in the queue but it never answers and email/messenger posts left unanswered too. Was lucky board I wanted came back in stock...not been out on it yet though

Very disappointing
What started promisingly with free next delivery and good order comms, I’m currently awaiting dispatch from a week ago. Ordered last Friday and still not even dispatched! No order updates or apologies for any delay just radio silence. Website says support team will respond to you within 24 hours and still no response and phone number on website also not working after multiple attempts - starting to doubt if it’s a legit company
Update* a single email from a different email address had gone into my spam that didn’t come from Tidal Rave customer support, it was an odd shopify email address stating boards are actually out of stock on website and to either choose another board or another batch was coming on 15th July and these would be dispatched on 17th July. Some minor compensation was offered but as I’ve heard absolutely nothing back after responding to customer service once again I still have no further clarity on if I have a board coming…no board was dispatched on 17th July as promised in the original email.
I’ve now been waiting for my board to be dispatched for 3 weeks with no idea what is going on, phone number still doesn’t work and no response to emails either.

Purchased 2x paddleboards in October…
Purchased 2x paddleboards in October 2025, one of them was in perfect condition the other arrived faulty.
I've been emailing back and further with them, they told me I should repair the unused faulty paddleboard myself.
When I refused and went back to them requesting either a refund or replacement they stopped replying.
I've reached out via Instagram as well and instead if replying, they felt appropriate to delete my comments...
Do not be drawn in by these boards the aftercare is awful.
I've seen other comments as well where people have experienced terrible customer service.
I will be taking the complaint further via small claims.

Great colours, this is for my adult daughter when she goes out kayaking.
She has yet to use it so that's the only reason for the 4 stars. Fits well with plenty of room for arm movement.
