I ordered my bored on the 11th. 14th came I had a email saying it was delayed would be despatched today still hasn’t. I’m absolutely appalled by the customer service I can see most people are in the same boat I’ve contacted them thought everything I possibly can. Even the phone number just ring and say can’t take your call then hang up don’t car about customers I’ve emails them trying to cancel my order I’ll keep you updated
Joke of a company avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered 5th July, delivery was supposed to be by 15th, then the 17th now the 21st….still no paddle board, no one replies to emails, social media or answers the phone!

Update: after getting no response from the company through various methods and the fact they delete facebook comments on their page, I requested a cancellation, as normal no response from Tidal Rave but I have now started the process of getting my money back via my bank.

I ordered my board on 14th July as thought if its next day delivery to mainland UK, my board should of made it to Northern Ireland by now 21st July. The status of my order was accepted and money taken straight as with any purchase but there has been no more update. I have tried to contact Tidal Rave via email and facebook but no response. I just want to know when to expect my board.

I ordered a new paddleboard on 14th July, order states high demand delivery for 17th July. I have still not received my order. I have emailed twice via there online web form and have continuously tried call at different times throughout the day today with no response, rings twice and goes straight to voicemail (of which i left a.message). I think it is awful that a company takes hundreds of pounds for a purchase and firstly don't send an order or update delivery details if delayed, or that they are completely uncontactable to discuss orders. My order still says unfullfilled. I would like my money back so I can purchase from a more reputable company. I wish I had read the accurate trust pilot reviews before I purchased feom this company

*UPDATE 23/7- recieved email back stating this item was a pre-order.and it was clearly stated on the website and confirmation email. This is a lie and no where on wither does it state pre-order or i wouldn't have purchased. Order states high demand delivery 17th July! This company is unprofessional, liars, and abysmal customer service. I want my money back!! As all have advised do not buy and get a charge back from you bank!

Definitely won’t recommend this company to any one clearly stated it was next day uk delivery sent emails finally received email back were they said they was on pre order no we’re on that page did it say pre order luckily I screen shot things I order and it clearly says high demand 16 th July and last few in stock won’t be using

Customer Service and Communication is terrible, so disappointing. What's happen Tidal Rave?
I ordered our board on 3rd July , the board was showing in stock and I assumed great it will be with us following week ready for us to take to our French home and have fun on the lake.
The board has still not turned up, I have called several times and my husband emailed many times, your contact number goes straight to voice mail. Nobody has return any of our messages or emails.
This is now in the hands of PayPal to recoup our money. I still don't have any idea of the board arrival which to be frank its too late, so don't send it as per the last 2 messages voicemails and emails.
To run a successful business, customer service and communication is key to any organisation. Unfortunately yours has failed.

I would give a zero star if i can . Order my board week ago still hasn't arrived.
They don't reply for messages don't answer the phone. Im glad i paid by paypall so eventually get my money back . Never again so disappointed as last year i purchased one without problems ...

Ordered my board on Monday which stated next day delivery. Purchased the board delivery changed to Friday for delivery. Didn’t receive confirmation for two days and still nothing more to say it’s been dispatched. Tried to call but call gets disconnected when I’m next in the queue tried to call at different times and multiple times. Shocking customer services. Had I of known these issues as multiple people are having the same I would not have purchased from these and I won’t be again!

Really disappointed, used my board once and a part broke. Emailed customer service had no reply so I sent a follow-up email still no reply tried calling the phone number on the website constantly goes to voicemail left voicemail messages and no response. Will have to claim through my bank. Gutted as the board looks great. Such a shame.

Update: As you can see that have been able to find the time to try and deflect the negative review by leaving a comment on them being busier than usual, however, their service standard is 48 hours and they have still not acknowledged my first email to them sent on July 6th 2026, 15 days ago. I have provided them one final email requesting they respond within 7 days or I will be initiating a chargeback for the product as it is not fit for purpose as well as reporting them to Trading Standards.

Although the board itself is great quality, their customer service is frankly non existent. My board was delivered but missing a very important part, the main fin. Obviously without this the stability and steering become a huge factor.

I contacted Tidal Rave through their online message portal which states they will respond in 24 hours. I had no response after 7 days. I messaged again. No response. I emailed directly and again, no response. I called the telephone number provided but it either clicks straight to a generic answerphone or puts you in a queue first then clicks into the answerphone. I have left voicemails. I have tried calling at different times throughout the day. I have messaged through their Facebook Messenger business link, which states they will respond in 48 hours. But still no response.

I now have to send a recorded letter to their business address to request the part be sent or have to go through the hassle of putting through a Section 75 claim. I will also be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Board was OK - customer service was not.
Lost some fins - replacements are shown as sold out on their website, tried to contact customer service to find out when they might be restocked - no answer or response to any method of contact.
Apparently this is normal for this company if you read the reviews.

Quick service, excellent boards and brilliant accessories with the board

Great equipment, amazing colours , I got compliments every time when I go on my board.

Very disappointing company to deal with. No customer service what so ever to date! I have looked at their SUP several times and it looks like a great product and was really keen to purchase 2 of their boards. Went to order on line and the site stated next day delivery. When i got to the checkout the delivery date had changed to more than a week!! I tried calling to discuss this and to see if i could pick them up from their unit myself. For 2 days there was no answer and the answer phone message doesnt even confirm that you have reached Tidal Rave. I was bombarded with emails advertising their products which included and email from Hal (alledgely a co founder). So i responded and asked the same questions, hoping to get a response. 2 days later no reply! I then emailed again, recieved confirmation of receipt but again no reply. I have also tried calling several times today and again no answer. If its this hard to purchase from them how much harder is it going to be if you have an issue with the product? This has really destroyed any confidence in their customer service and their product. I guess i will have to take my custom to a company that can actually be contacted when needed. Very sad situation.

I purchased the SUP buddy card so my friend and my can take in some rays! Works well, also treated myself to a new ankle leash to add some vibrant colour to my bland starter board, lovely and strong sure it will last forever.
Only annoying bit I hadn't realised was the courier co do not post through letterbox, so I had to rearrange delivery! Seemed very strange

Ordered Acrylic - Echo board, amazing colour very happy with the choice, taken out once sturdy with water, quality is excellent board performs exactly as I’d hoped.

Only issue that we did have is it didn’t come with the foot strap as advertised and unable to speak to anyone in customer services to receive a new one, and the delivery wasn’t next day as advertise, other than these minor issues I’m very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend, cannot wait to use again this weekend!!

Quick hassle free order. Very good service and the item is brilliant and came within 2 days of ordering. Really happy.

AVOID this company. Still waiting on my order 7 days after ordering. No response from customer services via email or contact form despite numerous attempts to contact them to find out whats happening, the 'we'll respond in 24hrs' is basically false. Phone lines are switched off. Dreadful customer service. Im not sure if this company is even legit at this stage.
