Ultra MMA - B.E.C Arena
Bar Service and food was absolutely spot on, came to watch my best friend fight for the blue team and delivered a brilliant fight . His eight weeks training made an absolute difference to his technique but also his confidence . The people who also came were lovely and were such a good crowd to watch with . Would definitely recommend going to watch these events delivered by such a good team !

As per our terms and conditions, tickets and deposits are strictly non-refundable as they cover the fixed costs of the venue and event infrastructure. Our policy also states that tickets remain valid for the event as scheduled even if a specific participant can no longer compete.
However, we do offer flexibility in these situations by allowing tickets to be carried over to a future event when the participant is able to take part.
Probably the worst customer service…
Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, rude, unresponsive then to top it all off they’ve blocked my email and don’t answer no contact us back emails via the website, the ticket I paid for the fight never happened I asked for a refund which was never responded to. Will never use this site again, I will always defer everyone I know from ever using this.

While we sympathise with the situation, all tickets are strictly non-refundable as stated in our terms and conditions agreed to at the point of purchase.
Regarding the event, our terms specify that changes to the line-up or performer substitutions do not entitle a ticket holder to a refund, as the ticket remains valid for the event itself. We have not blocked your email address; however, once a final decision has been communicated regarding a policy matter, we may not provide further repetitive responses.
