Highly entertaining
From start to finish it was a well run event. There was an unexpected pause in the show but was handled very well by all staff. Urzila was highly entertaining and have never laughed so hard.

Urzila was amazing and funny as a comedian first time seeing her, but the seats were an absolute joke. They were old, 5 of my mates that went were all sitting on top of each other also running again strangers for the first half and then when the emergency happened we all moved cause we could sit comfortable for another sitting.

I drive from Nelson bay to see it. And drive back afterwards. It was a long night, but the laughter was so worth it.
The worst part, the centre was freezing inside and I got a cold. You need rubber floors or something. Everyone was complaining. Otherwise URZILA was wonderful as always.

The entertainment centre is like a…old relic
The entertainment centre is like a school hall seats are for small kids not grown adults.
People coming into the show after it started.
The show itself was fantastic but the venue is an old relic don’t know how you could call it an entertainment centre
And the car parking was easy to arrive but chaotic to get out until finally security directed cars by one and one to ease the congestion.
And not everyone likes Pepsi why can’t venues sell a bit of coke. Limiting people choices is making the experience less attractive.
We had a medical episode during the show and ended up having a break for half an hour with almost all of the food and drink venues closed people just standing as very limited seating around in the cold as it was more comfortable than the seating.

I had the most amazing night with my bestie. I walked out with my face and sides hurting from so much Laughing.

I booked tickets to a concert via Ticketek in April with the event to be held in July (mid winter). To be safe I paid extra for insurance which has turned out to be "junk", as the rules covering refunds are almost impossible to satisfy with the rigid medical conditions. My wife & I contracted rhino virus & we were advised via telehealth not to attend for the benefit of us & other patrons. You have to attend a medical practitioner in person which in this era is almost impossible. If you book via this company in future dobt bother wasting money on crap insurance

Refundable.me is a separate product from Ticketek with its own eligibility criteria set out at checkout, so we'd recommend reviewing those directly with them or submitting a request via https://help.ticketek.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new if you'd like this looked into further.

We had tickets near the stage which made the performance more intimate. Urzila was her usual funny self. Booking process was very easy.

Appreciation review
I would like to add a review to thank Ticketek and tour operators of a show we had booked months in advance. I was unable to attend last minute as I needed and emergency operation, leaving me immobile for the show. Refunds are discretionary and the operator chose to still refund these tickets given the circumstances. Ticketek was quick to respond to emails and informative through each step. Thanks for making a difficult time a bit easier. I will definitely book tickets for the next tour after this experience.

The show was fantastic
The show was fantastic, I have never laughed so much. From arriving to park to leaving i thouroughly enjoyed my evening, everyone was friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was the seats, extremely uncomfortable.
