No add to Apple wallet?
Bought tickets but no option to add to Apple wallet, who knows if I will ever find them again. Happily the printer was in a good mood today so they’re printed out all old school.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Resorting to the old school method is not entirely necessary as our ticket scanning app will quite happily scan QR codes displayed on mobile devices, so you can simply save to your device and display at entry. We are however continually looking for ways to improve user experience and adding Apple/Google wallet integration is actually something we are looking to implement fairly soon! :-)

Last couple of gig tickets have been through Ticket247 and it is so quick and easy to use. I think giving the option of what band you are supporting is a great idea, but I do always go for general admission so we can support all involved!

A good first Festival
Entry was easy. The stage was good. The artists were great. The only poor thing was access to the single bar. It took too long to get served and the bands were missed because of this.
