We also appreciate your feedback regarding the sun. This Wimbledon has seen some very hot days and we are exploring ways of better informing guests of the elements when attending. At very least, we'll continue to advise guests to dress appropriately for a day-long summer event and remind them that lower rows can be more susceptible to prolonged sun exposure. Thank you.

Premium Suite tickets for BTS at Tottenham
Booked very late to see BTS at Tottenham. Phoned and spoke to James on my coffee break so was a bit rushed. When the confirmation email came through I'd got mixed up and booked the wrong package. I emailed back and James was incredibly helpful, we spoke a couple of times on the phone and he gave me time to consider which package I wanted and offered to refund the difference if necessary. I chose the less expensive option of a premium suite and he processed the order straight away, and even reassured me when I sent another email when I started panicking! He couldn't have been more accommodating.
The suite was absolutely perfect! An air conditioned retreat from the heat, and the seats in the stadium just in front of the suite were superb with a fantastic view! Absolutely recommend
