Great service and excellent seats

It was difficult to pay by credit card from Japan, my country. David helped me a lot and finally I could bought tickets. I reserved tickets almost 11 months ago and received e-tickets just before departure.
It was a little anxious but again, David replied my inquiry quickly and received tickets.
Very trustful company.
My seats are very nice and my husband and I enjoyed our first Last Night of The Proms very much.
We were even shown briefly on BBC.

We purchased tickets for the Last Night of the Proms event at the Royal Albert Hall through Premier Events.
We did not know the company but they answered our questions and seemed credible so we went ahead and paid for our tickets in November 2024.
We were advised that our they would not arrive until shortly before the date of the show so were nervous as to whether they would actually arrive but six days before the show two legitimate tickets dropped into my inbox and we had a fantastic time the following Saturday, with front row seats. Thank you Premier Events, you did exactly what you promised.

They emailed me before the concert for names on the tickets. Access was superb to Wembley - no queuing and seers were very good. All in all a good experience. I would use them again

I came from the U.S. to see Coldplay at Wembley and was very skeptical about getting tickets for the show as I read horror stories online.

Tickets delivered as promised. Great seats. Very reliable option worth paying for if you want to secure a premium location a long time ahead of show and avoid stress and uncertainty of some of the other avenues for secondary purchases.

Purchased Coldplay tickets via Premier Events - the package was exactly as described, easy to book via their website and everything was straight forward and hassle free. Would definitely recommend.

Just some constructive feedback but doesn’t take away from a good service, we were informed that tickets would be transferred 3-4 days prior to the event, I totally appreciate and understand that you pass them on as soon as you receive them from the venue but just over 24hrs before the event, we hadn’t received them and was a bit worrying as no update. A quick email and we had them a few hours later, just think a simple email explaining this is perfectly normal would have been appreciated.

Overall a great service to secure seats in often sold out shows or a premium seat, so would use again. Thank you!

Great experience with Premier Event! Tickets for the Coldplay concert on August 23, 2025 were easy to book, reliable, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

The whole experience with Premier events was fantastic other than one point. We purchased the tickets from them 8 months prior to the event. In the original correspondence we were informed tickets would be available 7 days prior to the event. This then changed in following communication to 5 days and then 72 to 48 hrs. The thought that we may not receive the tickets was always in the back of my mind. Finally the tickets came through and we booked transport to the event. Therefore 5 stars was not possible. All other aspects of the service were exceptional.

Just perfect! Bought last minute Oasis tickets from them - the whole experience with Premier Events (from start to finish) was smooth, easy and hassle free. And Oasis were incredible, too! Thank you.
