After 3 bets (each 50$, 2 of them I lost lol....) they locked my account without possibility to withdraw my funds and asking for bunch of my personal documents and humiliating photo with paper with on which is their company name.

Thunderpick reached out to me on my last trustpilot complaint about the 87 dollars that I’m owed. Said to email them and this was on Sunday. I then email and they said they would have a resolution in 24 hours maybe 48 hours. It’s now been 4 days and no responses on resolution or anything to make it better. Instead they keep asking me for more time! Do no waste your time with this place! Go somewhere else that rewards loyalty! DO NOT PLAY HERE
