THS Company Recenzje

Very user friendly! I also had to call THS regarding another tournament that was added late and booking window was closed. They helped me find a hotel to accommodate the whole team.
My only suggestion would update the site, so you can see all hotels in relation to the venue. Being out of state, I didn't know the area or any of the roads. I had to click in and out so many times.

Very easy sending information out for group booking. Was able to see easily who had already booked and who still needed to before deadline. Helped find the best price and hotel possible for the event.

Simple and fast. Good rates.

I had some initial questions about the booking process for my team. I was able to send a message to the THS team and had a response in my inbox that same day. The selection of hotels was great, as we were able to get a spot right near our fields. Booking process was simple and easy for all my families to navigate.

I wanted to book at a specific hotel. They reached out and got my request granted. But if you book regularly at the hotel breakfast was included rep has told me no Double Tree offered that. Yet same hotel had last year. Then the price they got for my group was higher then cost to book it myself as well. So some good and some bad.

I was a bit apprehensive about booking at first because I was unfamiliar with the company but I ended up securing a better rate through THS than I could have gotten on my own even with other discount options. It was just as easy as booking on any other site and we had no issues at all. I'll definitely book again the next time I see them as an option for booking tournament travel.

The booking experience was quick, easy, and hassle-free. Everything went smoothly!

I have used THS a lot with traveling soccer teams and they are one of the best and easiest companies to work with. I was able to call and work with a specialist to find other hotels that had not been asked, that were closer than a 30 minute drive, and they were able to find ones that were willing to work with them. Super easy booking process and amazing customer service.

The was such a convenient way to book hotels for our travel season. The rates were always better than what I could secure on my own. The staff were always very friendly and very helpful. Anytime I missed the booking deadline online and called in, they were able to successfully work something out for me. Very positive experience! Would recommend!

very easy and convenient booking for sports travel thank you

Easy to book. Responsive customer service!

The customer service with THS is top notch! They went out of their way to help me book a block for my daughters’ soccer teams. Thank you!

Our team booked our “Stay to Play” required rooms and it was easy BUT a roughly a week prior to the stay we got an email cancelling all our rooms due to over booking. We booked months in advance!! The whole team panicked. Fortunately there was a later email booking us into another hotel. Would have been nice to have an email upfront stating what they were doing. Hotel we ended up at was semi comparable to the original booking, thankfully.

Checking in was nice and easy. All of the staff were very friendly and when I asked for anything they helped me right away. The hotel is beautiful and pretty classy! Definitely one of my favorite places to book from now on. You can literally leave your room and hang out in the lounge/bar area. If you want that downtown experience, book Magnificent Mile Marriott downtown!

Very easy to work with and decent hotel choices with reasonable pricing for a soccer tournament

Easy and convenient third party booking company. It’s the best for sports teams needing options for hotels during travel.

THS was easy to book through. Due to the group rates, we saved on our reservations. Due to their relationships and negotiating with hotels, we paid less than the going rates at very nice hotels. We have not had any issues using THS and would recommend using them to book going forward.

Actually LOATHE having to book “stay to play” hotels. Corporations preying on youth sports and their families. Hotels are much cheaper booking on your own every time. Can’t wait till someone does something about what companies like this have done to youth sports. Absolutely disgusting.

Website easy to use. Provides much information to make a decision when booking. Will definitely be using them again for our next tournament stay.

It was easy to book through THS for a basketball tournament and we were happy with the hotel quality and location
