Shirt quality is ok. But shipping policy is a scam.
It states free shipping when ordering but I had to pay €80 for customs. This is unaceptable. Customer service is also not replying.

Cant even comment on the item I have ordered 5 weeks ago. Thought I would order one of the THRST towel tops. I live in the UAE, given the owner of this company also resides here I would have thought he would have given the logistics a bit more thought. So from leaving the UK (4th Sept) over 5 weeks ago how about this for a convoluted delivery from UK (DHL E - commerce) then Universal Postal Union to Deutsche Post, it sat in DP from 12th -28th Sept, then arrived in UAE, then moves to customs clearance then off to the next courier Emirates post, sits in Dubai for days, then heads to Ras Al Khaimah sits there for days, then it shows on the tracking attempted delivery, not a single attempt or call has been made. Now the item has been sent back to Dubai, no contact at all....You think calling a UAE postal company is simple guess again... So anyone thinking of buying International, read this.. At least I paid for tracked delivery and can see this total debacle. Don't think for one minute its DHL all the way...It is not... If I could give zero STARS I would

Happy with the quality of the products, but their customer service is a fraud.

Couldn’t return an item that was ordered in the wrong size, because they said it’s printed on demand. Total rubbish and a weak excuse, which is probably illegal as well!!

I'm surprised at these negative reviews.
My first order from Thrst was the track top and pants and the full zip hoodie. The quality is fantastic especially when you factor in the price. The clothes suit a muscular/athletic frame the cotton is soft and has plenty of give so despite hugging the figure it allows a full range of motion while training. I have had these clothes for probably 3 months now I wear them regularly and always wash according to the recommendation on the garment and they are still looking great.
I have now purchased 3 pairs of the swim shorts I was nervous of the reviews but based on my experience with the other products I went with my gut .
They are short, that's great I hate swim shorts that come down to your knees and the feel of the product is much softer and stretchier than the cardboard textured Speedos I've experienced in the past. I have not tested them yet but after my holiday I will amend my review if my thoughts change.

SCAM ARTIST MIKE !

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE IT IS A SCAM!!!

I bought 2 pairs and had to pay import fee to even receive the items. After i opened them they were way to short, VERY BAD QUALITY and after i messaged the support they told me that there is no way to return or refund the items. THIS IS ILLIGAL. I am going to sue them because this is literraly a SCAM!!!

Made an order (#THR6972) back on November 21st - they promptly took my payment but still after weeks have not even dispatched the item nor given me any updates on where it is. So effectively they just take your money without ever giving you the product.

Shorts of the summer. Ordered 3 pairs of swim shorts. Every pair is great. Great fit and quality. Will be back next summer for more.

Bought a pair of shorts for £40 and they fitted and looked great until washed. They have been worn once and now have dark staining (not from anything in the wash) and Thrst have only offered me 20% off because they are still usable!

Bought 3 pairs for £150 and got hit with a 50 euro import tax before delivery.
Shorts themselves were nothing special either, not worth 50 quid each

An absolute joke, bought 5 swim shorts just to get told no returns, thanks Mike what a thief! the thing is 4 of the swim shorts have even been opened.

Poor quality, sizing comes up very small, and they don’t offer returns or exchanges.

I ordered swimwear online but the product was smaller than the sizing suggested. I asked for a return and they refused saying it’s against their policy for hygiene reasons.

However, this policy is unlawful and I informed them that a customer has the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.

I would never order anything from this unlawful company again. They do not honour the laws of online business and clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Received some THRST shorts for Christmas, stitching was poor, never wore them or tried them on. Labels still intact. Emailed THRST support and said I would like to send them back due to the poor quality, got one reply saying they don’t do refunds. Then never replied to any further emails.
