Dear Caroline, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience with Three Little Cubs. We are so glad to hear that you loved the Moses basket that you made, but we are sorry to hear that you found the instructions difficult to follow, this is a rare occurrence from previous reviews. We are always looking to improve and your feedback is valuable to us.
We apologise for the delay in receiving your fitted sheets, as stated on our website our turnaround is 3-4 weeks as everything is handmade to order and we have not yet managed to get a stock of ready made sheets made up yet with us being a small family run business.
We strive to provide prompt and efficient service, and we are disappointed to hear that we have fallen short of your expectations.
Your order has indeed been dispatched, if you do not receive this soon please let us know so we can chase up the couriers for you.
We truly appreciate your support and hope to have the opportunity in the future to provide a better service for you.
Sincerely, Fiona Three Little Cubs
Great patterns and Instructions, video really helps
I purchased the instructions for the moses basket, with two grandaughters arrived this year it kept me very busy. Instructions are clear, easy to download, even have recommendations for suppliers for the cord (With a discount code!) and a lovely supplier for the bases who is really helpful.
The video is easy to follow, its a bit tricky and hard on your hands, I recommend the solid plastic hooks, went through three different makes of the metal ones with handles before I found this out.
The basket itself is very sturdy, and will last for years. My first one is on its way to its second baby :)
Currently adapting the pattern to make a basket for me with the leftovers.
Highly recommend.

Dear Angela, I'm sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your baby changing mat and that the wait time was longer than you expected.
We strive to provide high-quality, ethically-made products, which is why our changing mats are made at a UK factory that upholds ethical standards and does not support modern-day slavery which can be found in overseas factories.
While we understand that this may result in a higher cost for our products, we believe it is important to support ethical manufacturing practices.
We truly appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving our products and services. We hope you give us another chance to exceed your expectations in the future.
Warm regards, Fiona
