Really happy with our wedge changing mat
I've been using the 'Ocean Reef Wedge Changing Mat' for several months now and it's really great. I initially only ordered it because the design matched the nursery theme. However, it's held up so well and still looks as good as the day it was delivered. It has kept its shape and the pattern hasn't faded etc. It also never feels cold to touch and our daughter loves being changed on it always giving us a happy dance. Great product!

Hooded Moses Basket Pattern
I purchased the Hooded Moses Basket Pattern. I am very happy with the instructions and the videos included are extremely helpful as well! When I noticed one of the links was inadvertently duplicated on the pdf, I received prompt feedback from the support email with the missing video with confirmation that the pattern pdf would be updated. It seems after the pattern pdf was updated, it makes the link from the original delivery invalid, however the support email was yet again extremely quick and responsive providing me the updated pdf pattern for me to download and save directly in my files. The process has been easy to follow so far especially with the provided video tutorials, and I am confident if I run into any trouble with the remaining process that Fiona would be responsive and provide guidance so I can complete the project. I didn’t realize when buying the pattern that the whole craft would still be pretty costly to get the right materials, but it really just goes to show you how fairly priced and reasonable her handcrafted items are!! Regardless of the cost of DIY, I am so happy with how my project has turned out so far and definitely give this shop 5 stars for great communication, lovely quality products, and thoroughness of the pattern and tutorial I purchased!!

Waist of money
Nothing wrong with the item. But the creator is selling the pattern without a detailed description or explanation. For example she mentions 0 times about the increase and decrease of the stitches so the product won’t go too tight on the edges etc. It’s a vage pattern. No video examples on making it step by step or whatever. Complete waist of money.
Especially now that the download link that should never expire as described in the mail is invalid after my review. So i paid for it and now can’t even download it anymore.

Hi Tonia,
I can see that you purchased my Hooded Moses Basket pattern, and I have never received this feedback before.
To clarify, there are no increases or decreases required in this particular pattern, which is why they are not mentioned in the instructions.
You did not contact me at any stage to let me know you were experiencing difficulties or to ask for assistance. I am always happy to help customers who are having trouble making the Moses basket, as it is not always an easy project for some. This is clearly stated within the pattern, along with my email address for customers requiring support.
It is also important to point out that the pattern is 19 pages long and includes 10 pages of detailed written and photographic instructions, along with 12 supporting video tutorials. Therefore, describing the pattern as “vague” or stating that there are “no video examples” does not accurately reflect what is included with the purchase.

Update 21/08/26
Regarding your updated review about the download link.
Your comments do not accurately reflect what has happened, and you again chose to raise these concerns publicly before contacting me directly.
The download link was not invalidated because you left a review. I updated the pattern earlier this week for several reasons, including a video link needing to be updated after another customer contacted me to report an issue. When I update a pattern, the previous download file is replaced with the updated version, which is why the previous download link is no longer valid.
Unfortunately, I cannot control how the website handles previous download links when a file is replaced. However, as a result of this situation, I will be making it clear to future customers that if a pattern is updated and they have not saved their original copy to their device, they should contact me and I will provide the updated pattern directly by email.
The updated pattern, as well as the previous version you originally purchased for comparison, was provided to you. I also explained this situation to you via email.
I take genuine feedback seriously and regularly make improvements to my patterns when something needs updating. However, there is a significant difference between giving constructive feedback and making statements that are factually incorrect.
You purchased a pattern which includes detailed written instructions, photographs and supporting video tutorials. Whether that format provides the level of instruction you personally prefer is a matter of preference, but describing it as having no step-by-step video guidance or as being without detailed explanation is simply not an accurate description of what is included.

Not made the Moses basket yet
Not made the Moses basket yet. It’s for my grandson who’s due in December. The pattern looks easy to follow. The seller was extremely helpful and very quick at responding when I sent a question via email.
Really looking forward to buying the materials and making this.
