Thmotorsports Recenzje

Lowest prices on aftermarket parts, if not they'll price match but they rarely need to. Fast shipping on their in-stock items. Great communication and outreach. My only minor complaint is that sometimes the site can load slowly or encounter errors loading certain items. Aside from that, they are definitely the first and usually the last place i need to go to for parts.

Very good customer service, means a whole lot.

Emailed to cancel an order before it shipped, but item was shipped anyways 2 days later. Tried to return product, but they want me to pay 10% restocking fee and return shipping even though it is their error.

Easy to find the parts that you need and easy checkout

Great service, items as described and fast shipping!! Two thumbs up

Fast delivery! Exactly as described

One of the two rotors i recieved were damaged. I am not holding them liable for that as its out of their control. I do think they could have packed it better but what i am upset about is the return process. I sent them 4 pics of the damage in an email and they made it very difficult to replace. Barely anyone spoke English, I was told I would receive a call from a manager and never did. Still waiting for them to approve so my part can ship. Meanwhile my car is still down. Should have bought from jegs or summit like normal.

I ordered a clutch kit through them at a great price. I was notified in a timely manner that they didn't have the item in stock and it would be shipped from the manufacture, I also received another email showing my item was shipped.

definitely one of the fastest shipping and handling i have ever had to deal with if i need something 9/10 times this is the place to go for me

Ordered, delivered and recieved all in the same week! Can’t beat that when you’re waiting on car parts!

I was searching for the best deal on front brakes for my commuter car. This is how I came across Thmotorsports. I decided on a specific brand and found all the places that sold it were selling at the same price except Thmotorsports. I was skeptic about this company as I have never heard of them before. I did some research and found that they are a legit company, with some mixed reviews especially about inventory and communication. I decided to go and make that order anyways. Sure enough, I didnt get an email confirmation of the order and money was taken out of my account. I sent an email asking for confirmation of the order the very next morning. Within a couple of hours, they replied to my email and since then always kept me posted with updates of the order. Just got an email stating order was shipped a day after I ordered it and will be delivered the next day. Great customer service, thanks again Thmotorsports

Poor communication. Took forever to get a tracking number.

Really great prices and service. Any time I need a race car part fory build I check if thmotorsports hast it first. I've bought corbeau seat rails, and injector seats from radium. Items always arrive quickly and brand new in packaging.

Cheapest price I could find and had free shipping too. Ordered on Sunday and shipped out Monday.

I ordered a Ktuned tensioner pulley The bearing inside of it went bad in the 1st 5 minutes of idling. called customer service was told I would get a reply for the warranty In 24 hours. 48 hours later still no email. Very unhappy will be the last time I do business with this company

THMotorsports has a large selection of performance options and were very responsive in helping me get my order placed. Order shipped quickly.

Great customer service and very quick shipping. Always has the parts that I need for my 2004 Lexus IS300.

Informative and trustworthy place for all my car parts.
