Very happy with both the coffin itself and the service with which it was provided.

After on line research & a phone call to them my mother's coffin was ordered from Think Willow. their website is excellent in providing relevant background information relating to coffins & other aspects of funeral planning.

I was very pleased with the prompt and friendly service and the quality of the casket. We had chosen a cardboard one so that we could decorate it and make it truly personal. It was a lovely experience to come together as a group of old friends to create something colourful and individual. The cardboard coffin was good quality and the funeral directors were happy to use it.

Very informative and helped me when I forgot to order the nameplate with the coffin and needed it urgent, the wicker basket was made to a high standard

My mother wanted a natural casket for her husband and our dad. We chose Willow as they were made in England and we chose the Hicksted as it looked so solid and dependable like a proper picnic basket. It was delivered directly to our undertaker in very good time. We have kept the name plate we ordered in wood and are putting it in the garden with his favourite rose. I found the service very efficient. We simply ordered it on line, paid for it and it was delivered to the funeral directors. All in about 5-7 days.
I was very happy with the quality and it was a fraction of the price l would have paid if l had gone through the undertakers.

I purchased a wicker coffin from Think Willow for my mother's funeral. The coffin was lovely and well made ... and under half the price of buying from the funeral director. Coffin details were checked by Willow with my funeral director and delivered direct. There was a problem with the nameplate, but when pointed out I was instantly reimbursed without even requesting.
All communication with Willow was quick and friendly.
I would definitely recommend for both quality of coffin and service.
