Willow Recenzje

Service and support

It was a pleasure to deal with this company at a difficult time. The ordering process was very easy, they checked themselves with our funeral directors to ensure that we'd ordered the correct size of coffin which they delivered free of charge and when they said they would. They also kept us informed throughout the process so that we always knew what was happening with our order. The look and quality of the item exceeded our expectations and was half the cost that we were quoted by the funeral directors. They showed great sensitivity and respect during any communication all of which made the whole experience completely stress free and exactly what we'd hoped for. Thank you.

This is the second time we've used Think Willow and again they were brilliant, Thank you Derrick 🤩

Very helpful and prompt response to my queries when placing my order.
The willow ashes casket I ordered arrived very quickly and what exactly what I wanted.

I wasn't happy with the selection of coffins available from the funeral director, so I turned to Willow and found the perfect one for my late mother. It was soft, feminine and beautiful and I know she would have been so happy with my choice. It arrived quickly, and the whole process was seamless. It was also 50% cheaper than the coffins available at the funeral directors, and 100% better.

Extremely good service,very good communication
and a good product

Coffin fine, delivery fine, but to expect Funeral Directors to not have any room on price is unacceptable. Whilst you have a lovely catalogue I will not be referring our clients to you. I am more than happy for families to take full control of a funeral and will happily guide them - so if they buy from you, it should be delivered to them and they can make arrangements to get the product to us. We will be storing the product before its final use, sometimes for weeks.

Helpful and good communication.

Amazing and original coffin. My dad would have loved it. Fast service and easy to use. Looked better than on website

Really empathetic customer service and reassured me he would liaise with the funeral directors to make sure it was suitable. Workmanship was so good and have no hesitation in recommending this company

Great service, prompt delivery. Great product

I ordered the Pandanus rounded casket for my husband's funeral. It was delivered to the funeral directors within a couple of days as promised. It was beautifully made & looked exactly like the photos on the website. Lots of people at the funeral commented on how lovely it was & I was happy to recommend this company.

A lovely well made product. Delivered on time Thank you

Derrick called me back immediately and we chatted through the options for the coffin, the price and delivery, which was very prompt
