We made two orders. One of the caskets was not delivered to the funeral directors on time. ThinkWillow responded by email promptly but it does not change the fact that a casket not arriving as expected, is a bit of a critical issue. The caskets themselves were beautiful

Buying my husband's coffin on line did feel a bit risky. The team at Think Willow kept us informed every step of the way including confirmation of which undertakers to send it to, delivery date and when it had arrived.
The coffin was £400 less than the undertaker had quoted for their cheapest coffin.

I hadn't realised that the funeral directors we asked them to deliver to only opened between 10-4 and Derrick was so understanding when i emailed him after they tried to deliver and then subsequently had to arrange delivery again! Thank you

My willow coffin arrived on time, direct to the funeral directors.

But, it was missing the nameplate.
It was sent by first class post and arrived the day before the funeral cutting it very fine.
Excellent build quality at a very competitive price, it looked great and I received good customer service.
