Thinkpadmike Recenzje

Just purchased a laptop from Mike and I am very happy overall. I had quite a specific use case and Mike gave some excellent advice before my purchase. His comms were super swift and clear. Delivery was excellent and the item was well packaged. Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.

Mike sold me a refurbished Thinkpad that exceeded my expectations. It's like new, operates quietly, stays cool, and boasts an impressive 98% battery life, all at a reasonable cost. The delivery was swift, making the whole purchase an outstanding experience.

The service Mike provides is 1st class.
I brought a laptop off Mike and he purposely built it to my requirements, with everything I needed for my job.
Mike is my first to go to, with all my IT needs as I know he will give me the best advice.
My laptop through my request is going back to Mike for a health check and a window upgrade, as I know it will be a first class service and thats a year after I brought it. Thank you Mike.

I´m very happy about my purchase from Thinkpadmike. Not only is the ThinkPad as described, Mike did more. I asked him to replace the SSD with a bigger one. This meant also installing Windows again. On this occasion he saw that the internal battery dropped too far for no reason, so he also replaced the battery. All of this didn't delay the delivery. Super fast! From orders to delivery: excellent service! In the future I will first check Thinkpadmike if I want or need to replace part.

Good communications, speedy delivery, excellent product

Great service, quick and easy to contact, resolved issues quickly. Highly recommended.

As advertised, well packed and promptly delivered, thank you!

Excellent experience, prompt dispatch , the laptop was precisely as described, if not in slightly better condition, all in excellent working order.

Great service, laptop exactly as described very happy with purchase. Packaged really well and fast delivery.

So Friday afternoon I emailed Mike asking for suggestions on which machine he thought was right given my needs. His reply was extremely helpful, and I chose a model from the list he suggested. I ordered it Friday night, and it arrived Sunday morning, which stunned me!

The laptop itself is in perfect condition, it seems like a bargain at the price, and even the battery appears to be in great condition with over 6 hours charge showing.

So many thanks to Mike, and this amazing Lenovo Thhinkpad!

Good product, exactly as described. Communication was spot on, even on a Sunday night. 👍👍👍

I've bought two laptops from Mike, one last year and one a week ago. What I value about his service is you know the devices have had a thorough check over and any issues found have been dealt with. I would rather chose a used business laptop from a few years ago over these "disposable" devices offered by the big companies nowadays, these things were built to last and to be serviced. Mike takes all the worry out of buying a device from someone else say on Ebay because each unit has a full description on the condition and what he's done to it to bring it back to be ready for it's next owner. Highly recommended and I will definitely use his site again in the future.

I've now bought three computers from Thinkpadmike, for myself and for both children.

They've all been excellent, and his descriptions have always been totally accurate, which makes choosing one much easier. When I have asked him questions replies have been quick and comprehensive.

Delivery has always been quick and well packaged. I've recommended them to several friends.

Mike has been very helpful and supportive with my aim to get a Thinkpad T480 that'll be able to duel boot Win 11 and Linux.
(The Linux installation is for me to do on the Win 11 ready machine.)
His comms have been prompt and friendly with all my questions and requests for upgrading a T480 in his store answered and addressed.
He kept me informed of progress with the upgraded Thinkpad arriving sooner than estimated, in very good (as advertised) condition and all functioning as described.
And it was very well packed and protected!
TL;DR:
A fair, detailed and transparent store, owner and transaction. Thanks for all the help Mike!

Highly recommend ThinkPad Mike for high quality refurb laptops, I'll be buying another that's for sure. Mike was super helpful with my questions which helped my decision to buy. Laptop arrived super quick and well packed. 100% recommend.
