Thinkpadmike Recenzje

Mike was great at helping picking out a spec model for my purpose. It was shipped quickly and arguably in better condition than the description.

Item arrived quickly and was in brilliant condition. The description of the laptop was extremely thorough and I would only argue that it was in better condition than was described!

Quick delivery, and fast responses via email if i needed any help.

Excellent refurb quality and fast well packed delivery.

Very communicative. The laptop is excellent. Mike did an incredible job on the refurb.

I will definitely be buying from him again in the future.

Very helpful seller, who answered all my questions quickly & honestly. The seller matched up my requirements to a selection of laptops for me to choose from. The laptop I ended up purchasing is in excellent condition & is exactly as described on the website. Delivery was very quick.
Prices are very reasonable for the service that you receive & I won’t be going anywhere else for any future purchases.
I highly recommend this seller.

Great service, fast dispatch.
Laptop was like new.

I purchased a ThinkPad P15 from ThinkPadMike after discussing my specific requirements in detail. Mike has an in-depth understanding of ThinkPads and took the time to recommend a configuration that matched my intended applications.

Although I later realised that the laptop wasn’t the right fit for my personal needs, the return process was outstanding. I emailed Mike requesting a return, and he accepted it immediately without any hesitation or unnecessary questions. That level of customer service is rare and speaks volumes about his integrity.

His company’s philosophy of quality over quantity was one of the reasons I chose to buy from him, and my experience has reinforced that decision. The ThinkPad itself was in excellent condition, with outstanding build quality and performance exactly as described.

I would not hesitate to recommend ThinkPadMike to anyone considering a ThinkPad. You can buy with confidence knowing you’ll receive honest advice, excellent customer support, and a seller who genuinely stands behind his products.

Before I bought from Mike, I had some questions which were answered promptly and professionally by Mike.

The laptops, I bought have been exactly as advertised.

And items were securely and quickly dispatched.

Device arrived promptly and had been well restored - it looked brand new. Mike was informative and responsive during the ordering process. I've had the device for almost 3 months and so far so good. Specification was as described. 100% would recommend!

Just bought a refurbished laptop from ThinkPadMike. I had recently had a bad experience with buying a refurbished laptop elsewhere so was a little trepidatious but the detailed information that was provided compared to my previous experience persuaded me to try this vendor. Really glad I did. Communication was excellent, very helpful and incredibly responsive. Provided an upgrade option really simply and efficiently and at a fair price. When it arrived the laptop was well packaged and exactly as described and is working perfectly. Thanks.

Purchased a refurbished thinkpad from Mike. Was impressed with the attention to detail he placed on each machine he was selling, giving me confidence in what I was buying. Delivery excellent - ordered Friday evening and was delivered by Royal Mail on the Sunday in a very secure package.

Very efficient service and response to an issue. Thanks

Fast Delivery time, product as described, great communication.

Great laptop,quickly delivered. Thank you

I was looking for a new ThinkPad to replace my aging T560 to both take to site and run a newer version of AutoCAD, so had done a fair amount of research on models and spec etc.
I really liked the detailed and honest pictures & video on the thinkpad mike website so waited until he got one in.

I ordered on a Friday evening and it arrived really quickly on the Sunday, packaged well and in fantastic condition. The laptop is really clean, runs lovely and quietly with the fan clean / new thermals and all as described on the website. The battery has exceeded my expectations and it has performed flawlessly running AutoCAD / AutoCAD architecture 2026 without stuttering, excessive fan noise or extreme heat.
Overall I'm delighted with the purchase and the service I've received from thinkpad mike and would highly recommend purchasing a used thinkpad from him.

Prompt delivery, really happy with the laptop, clearly been well checked-over and fully working – unlike some higher-profile refurbished laptop sellers, who send out the laptops largely unchecked and hope for the best (or even charge extra to check the product fully before sending). Highly recommended!

Mike was very helpful with assisting me in selecting a machine to suit my work needs.
The whole process was smooth and delivery was very quick.
Highly recommend.

Great all round service, helped me choose the right laptop for my requirements and super quick delivery. The laptop was has described and works a treat, trusted seller. Thank you.
