I placed 1 small order and was sent goods I did not order and have been charged on my PayPal who have refused my claim even though I have provided all the information. This co. Is an absolute disgrace and more so, I'm more disappointed in myself for falling for it. They agreed a partial refund weeks ago and I've chased but just keep getting automated email responses back. They're an absolute nightmare and j am almost £60 out of pocket. Shame on you too paypal, you have been absolutely no help!!

I really don't know how this company
stayed in business. they are day light robbers help them selves to your money I ordered one item and received 3 of the same and have been charged 55.52 pounds out of my PayPal account PayPal don't want to know so this firm just helps itself to your money Do not order from this firm

I placed an order for 1 item in January 2026, and I received more items than I ordered. I have been charged for order no 4029357733, three prices £22.76, £22.76 and £26.82. This firm is taking the micky out of us, DON'T use them, you will never get your money back from Thisfitts Limited. I am putting a stop on this firm just in case they try again to get money out of my Bank Account.

In haste, I placed an order without checking on Trustpilot first....Big mistake!! This so-called company also goes under the other name of CASYVO and is a complete and UTTER SCAM who will charge you more than advertised, and then BLATANTLY LIE throughout your purchase. They will assure you that you are a valued customer and then carry on CHEATING you. Their website shows a Trust Score of 4 with 913,653 reviews. It would appear that this is yet another BLATANT LIE and part of the SCAM. There is no way to view any of these reviews. Even Norton flashed up a red warning and suggested it was a scam online shopping site!!

I exchanged over 20 emails, but their replies, when they came, were all delaying tactics. They sent tracking details from China which would appear to be FAKE, and it took nearly 4 weeks for the parcel to eventually arrive. When it arrived, I noticed that it had, in fact, been posted 2 days previously from Manchester with 48 Hour tracking.

When I tried to return this useless item they would not accept posting it back to Manchester, but insisted that the only way for a refund was to return it to address in China, which would cost more than the price of the item.

If you google THIIC FITTS Ltd or CASYVO you will find multiple sites that expose them for what they are.

Unless you want to be fooled like me .......... AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Less than that I too ordered one item was sent two and charged for three. Can you help me try to get my money back? A total of £74.91 is what I was charged. Should have been£32.35
I have been through pay pal and they can’t get any joy from them.

I placed an order on the 24th January and cannot get any delivery details from Puffyloo as mail sent to their contact e-mail address keeps bouncing back. They also overcharged me however I have managed to get the overcharged amount refunded by Paypal but have still not received the goods.

Took multiple unauthorised payments from paypal, paypal were unhelpful about trying to stop - avoid buying from them. Some things (unwanted) arrived from China but were cheap, low quality rubbish

Vor 4 Wochen Rohrreiniger bestellt und bezahlt. Heute Schreiben erhalten, dass
zuständige Behörde die Postsendung mit Drittlandsware (nicht EU-Ware) zur Einfuhr in die EU nicht zugelassen hat. Inhalt der Sendung ( Rohrreiniger) wurde als
Gefahrgut eingestuft. Daher kein Rücktransport möglich, Sendung wird entsorgt. Finger weg von einer Bestellung,
Firma ist Betrug.

I have ordered varicose vane patches £35 and nothing recived from this company other than the emails with "payment didnt go thro " The money was taken from my account thro paypall.

1 achat à 50% fait sur site (1 pièce), imposé 4 pièces..Puis, reçu facturation, et paiement en force sur Paypal qui ne correspond pas à la facturation..

Only gave 1 star because you can not leave none I ordered 2 jars of cream £27.97 free delivery over £27.00 I paid with PayPal When I got email confirming order th y had added another 6 jars of cream & a tube of another cream They took 2 payments 1 £33.56 & 1 £53.86 Contacted them the next day about It Told them to cancel order was told the could not cancel as was already with courier Yodel couriers supposedly delivered package but left it in my front garden so anyone could just take It was not anywhere to be seen Because delivered to the correct address no they are not interested and won't except I never received Yodel have same attitude Contacted PayPal with 2 different types of claim for refund PayPal has refused my claims & took the side of Thiccfitts Limited PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS I HAVE LOST LOADS OF MONEY AND RECEIVED NOTHING AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered one item, paid thru PayPal, when I checked my account there were 3 of the same item on it therefore I was charged for a further two items, money taken from PayPal again. I have received 2 items a refund for 1 item but still out of pocket for the 2 items I didn’t order or authorise payment for. Furthermore the two items are useless as they do not comply with our electrics.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ORGANISATION LURED IN THINKING THEY ARE GENUINE BUT BEWARE.

Bought one item using PayPal. Agreed to pay on PP. Returned to seller web page which had a “complete purchase” button presented 3 times before confirming purchase. Guess what?.. I have apparently bought 3 more items: Not approved in PayPal so not sure how they did this - but have advised PP and hope to get my money back. From other reviews guess what I may or may not receive will be tat. Next time will use Trustpilot first.

Unfortunately I didn't do my research as normal, and when my wife asked me to purchase some cream online I went ahead without checking this company out immediately. Big mistake, I tried to cancel the order as soon as I found out the dubious nature of this outfit, but heard nothing when I e-mailed them. I received the "cream" that cost £27.55 and thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt. Surprise, surprise it had no effect so I tried to return it but heard nothing again from Thiccfittslimited. So turned to PayPal for assistance, they were just as bad. They didn't read any of the information i provided and found in favour of this Scam company. So in future I will steer clear of PayPal and do my research !!

Since this shambolic outfit took £32.20 out of my account when the item was IN MY BASKET, I reported the theft to the police.
PayPal refunded me today. I should think so.
Disgusting company.

I rate this company as 0. They will not return your money even though they accept a cancellation. They will send the cancelled order, they will NOT give you a return address. Unknowing to you there is some-where - where you click on that allows subscription to be added. (I don’t know where so I can’t help you there). I thankfully used PayPal who are aware of this - I have contacted some banks to be aware of this company . Do not purchase off this company
