I have just been charged £43 by USSYALTA but have never had any dealings with them. I bought some dentures from a different company, my bank are looking into them.

Like others who are in extreme pain have taken the plunge to try this bone cream. I placed my order for two pots at a price of £24.97 plus £2. 99 shipping making a total of £27.96.
No sooner had the order been made, my bank blocked my card and asked me to phone them. I was told they had stopped the second payment for *£20.00 but 1st payment of £32.15 had gone through. The payment was taken by 'USSYLTRA' I can find no company of this name.
NHS Approved, not that I can find.
The main company 'LUXELILY' is Hong-Kong based.
I would not use this, or any others in this setup.

Ignore the rave reviews. I placed an order though PayPal yesterday for two jars. Today I received 2 x separate emails acknowledging receipt from 2 different suppliers. The second one despatching charged an additional $18.00 AUD. Absolute scam. Lodged a report with PayPal asking to cancel the transaction. Buyers don't just beware. Run like the clappers and never order anything straight from the FaceBook site. I am not referring to the U.K. but the product which is being promoted widely and dishonestly.

Like others I was overcharged (by almost £6). The pots are tiny and, I suspect, probably not actually endorsed by NHS. I have emailed three times but had no response, so I have taken it up with PayPal.

Ordered two jars, when they arrived, each was barely 50% full. To make it worse the product does not work either. They will not answer my many emails. AVOID

And was overcharged by£8.15. How do they get away with this, I have sent several emails but have not got an answers back. Will never use again. Why oh why do I trust products sold on Facebook there always seems to be problems with them

I ordered 4 jars of magnesium pain relief cream, for £42, was then billed £49 BY THIC FITTS- whoever they are!
On my bank statement it also mentions Hong Kong, so doubt very much that it is recommended by the NHS.
I guess you fall for anything when you are in constant pain!
Also looked for the Dr David Redfern who recommends this- he only has 3 posts on Facebook and no real information!

I ordered two jars of pain massage at an agreed £29.95 as quoted, they charged my PayPal £34.44. I have emailed them twice without a reply. Although supposedly an “ourlyard” product I was charged to a THICC FITTS Limited, which allegedly isn’t an official company. On researching I see they have bad trustpilot reviews, and elsewhere I could have bought four jars for the same price.

Claxton advertises on Facebook in which it purports to be a UK company offering a 3-5 day delivery of its product:-

In reality this product is despatched from China, my order was placed on the 2nd December 2024 and the tracking on the 19th December 2024 is showing that the package hasn’t even left China,
Despite sending two emails to Clacton regarding the present whereabouts of the delivery, they have not responded.

I would stear well clear of this company as I sincerely believe that the Facebook advertising is a scam, I will update this entry as and when the package arrives (if it does) and report on the product which I am becoming more sceptical about as time goes by. Fortunately I purchased the product via my PayPal account so if the package doesn’t arrive or isn’t as described I will be able to claim against PayPal.

EDITED LATER. It now appears that they were at fault in NOT telling me (AS PROMISED) that the order had been despatched when in fact they had got it out on the 6th and it had been received in this country but on 16th is still sitting at the delivery firm. One awaits movement!!!

BEE STING OINTMENT ORDERED ON DECEMBER 3RD, £23,95. NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION - ORDER NOT ARRIVED. STORE EMAILED REGARDING THIS ON 9TH - AGAIN ON 12 - 14TH. AT THIS DATE ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. SCAM DETECTOR SITE GIVES 15.9/100 SCORE FOR THIS FIRM, SO IT LOOKS BAD. NOW FIND THAT IT IS ACTUALLY REGISTERED IN CHINA!!!
