Poor quality, poor communication. Was not given a refund.

I tried several times to cancel this transaction immediately after it was made, as I explained i did NOT order this item and the customer service team did NOT help me with this problem at all.

The quality was nothing like the image. The item was barely held together with the cheapest material. Absolute scam.

I ordered (on Dec 6th) the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Christmas Ugly Sweater and paid the extra shipping to get the item between December 12-16th. It didn't even ship until after the 16th and didn't arrive until December 28th. It was not a sweater, but more like a thin, thermal top. It was short, super wide and really poor quality.

Shirt looked great and was true to size. Only negative thought would be that it was little pricier then I would've liked.

This is very aggravating I ordered my stuff in November and have not received anything I really don’t understand this I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I set myself up for failure

Ordered Christmas gift on November 26 and it is now December 23 and nothing. Had to jump through hoops to get a a tracking number. No valid contact information for the company. I will make sure to let others know not use this company for any purchases. Very sad and angry that I will not be able to provide my loved one a gift from me. Worst experience ever . Can't submit a review because they don't have a submit button activated

This company is a scam. I ever received my order from along time ago. Their tracking numbers are bogus. If you go to the usps website and type it in it says that they have no info or something like that so I called the post office and they said it's not real. If you click on the company's tracking # in your email it gives you a bunch of crap telling you that your package has been received and left about 20 places but doesn't tell you the facilities it was received and left
. The USPS tells you where when your tracking a legit package because I do it all the time. It also doesn't go and leave 30 places. They also provide a phone # to contact them well that's bogus to. It has no representatives at all. All it is-is a regular phone line that just rings endlessly and has no recording like a legit business or representatives.

1st off as I approach the review sections I see there is a long line ahead of me so I’m pretty sure this is coming in at last place at this very moment. So I’ll just keep mine short and sweet.. The jacket looks nice and full in the pic and what I received was a so called 3x coat in a ziplock bag with a bunch of iron on stickers and a cheap inseam bad version of sheep hair! So sad!

I wish I would have seen this before my order. They just ruined my grandsons Christmas. This was suppose to be for his daddy for Christmas. They waited until 5 days before Christmas to say it won't arrive in time and I paid the extra shipping.

This has been the worst Christmas ever for us because of this company. My husband put an order in on November 25, 2023. Today is. December 19, 2023. We still have not received our order. My order should have been in at December 8, 2023. I think it’s sad that my gifts have not made it in. Plus I put an order in December 2. that order has not been received. I believe this company is a scam.

NO PRODUCT. SAME GENERIC E MAIL. I have a tracking number but that's all. False Claims you are in New Mexico, you ship from China. NO Christmas gifts for the Kids. I used fast delivery and you stat the same time for production and delivery up to 10 days each. Should get a full refund for no delivery. You have not offered any refund. Your site give 5-7 days production and 5-7 days delivery we would get product. Ordered Dec. 1, 2023

I ordered a Christmas sweater and finally after me having to contact them, they said my order wasn’t going to ship and they would reimburse me. I haven’t heard from them since and they are not responding to my emails about getting reimbursed.

Absolutely garage. Lie about shipping and product is awful quality. Rather drop my money down a rain drain

They lie about shipping. 3-5 days shipping means they will try to ship it to you after a long production time. Why would I pay for expedited shipping if something was coming two months late?

On November 13, 2023 I ordered What I thought was an anime zippered hoodie sweatshirt jacket because that how it was described and it would arrive by November 28th 2023 and when it arrived almost a month later Dec 6th to be exact( after my grandson’s birthday Dec 4th)it was not what I thought I ordered it was just hoodie sweatshirt made of polyester not good quality at all for the price not it all together I paid close to $60.00 they should specify clearly that you can choose a hoodie or a zippered hoodie anyhow won’t be buying from there again. The yaka no good👎

Paid for 5 day expedited shipping. After 2 weeks Sent multiple emails to the listed e mail address with no form of helpful response. Finally disputed with PayPal and received MOST but not all of my money back...

The Dallas customized hoodie I purchased was perfect. The only thing it does take a while to receive product so order on time.
