In a collision where my car was a total loss, with the evidence in my favor and the law on my side, Lorenz & Lorenz, after four years, was unable to defend me at trial; because he didn't even open his mouth when the other attorney overwhelmed me with her lies.
What's clear to me is that if they didn't sell my case, then they're a bunch of incompetents at Lorenz & Lorenz.

Absolut ist es Körperverletzung! Mein haut hat nach 5 Tagen nachgelassen und schlimmer geworden. Hautreizung, Hautrötungen, schmerzen! War beim Hautarzt und bestätigt das es absolut ein Mist ist ! Zum Glück habe ich Fotos gemacht. Merkwürdig meldet die Firma Lorence nicht , werde nicht nachlassen und gehe damit im öffentlichen Medien.
Lorence = Mist !

Saponetta totalmente inutile e inefficace, il venditore è un truffatore perchè non risponde alla mail per chiedere il rimborso. Non acquistatele è una truffS

Acquistato le saponette che nella promessa avrebbero dovuto provocare la pigmentazione anche dei peli della barba con risultati visibili già dopo 3 settimane. Dopo lunga attesa le saponette sono arrivate ed io ho usato il prodotto seguendo le istruzioni tutti i giorni per un mese ma ... Le foto dimostrano che non è cambiato nulla. Meglio tenersi la barba grigia e i soldi nel portafoglio e lasciar perdere.

Servizio clienti inesistente, indirizzo mail fantasma. Mai ricevuto un pezzo di abbigliamento dei 4 acquistati, soldi buttati via. I 3 pezzi arrivati di pessima qualità rispetto alle fotografie del sito. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

I ordered two items in June. One arrived after six weeks and looks nothing like the picture. The second item has not arrived at all. There is no way to return the items or contact customer service. You can't reach them at all.

Be careful; this place is a scam and not worth your money.

Consegna mai arrivata, ordinata da oltre un mese ormai perchè hanno sbagliato l'indirizzo della consegna.
Provo a mettermi in contatto con loro e passano settimane e settimane senza ricevere una risposta, servizio clienti totalmente inesistente e davvero pochissima professionalità e interesse nel problema del cliente. Esperienza davvero pessima che sconsiglierei a chiunque!

Das Produkt hat 0 funktioniert. Ich wollte es dann zurückschicken und dann wollten die 10 Euro Gebühr rechnen. Habe noch mal die EU Richtlinien erläutert und dann ging es plötzlich doch.
Aber..... Paket ist laut Postnl abgeliefert worden. Jedoch kein Geld. Und Lorenge (ich glaube nur eine Person) meldet sich einfach nicht mehr.
So..... Finger weg!

So, nach etlichen Wochen kann ich meine Erfahrung mittilen. Leider war die Lieferzeit sehr lange. Ich habe 3 Der Bars gekauft weil ich offensichtlich Leichtgläubig bin. Nach über einem Monate täglichen ist bisher einfach nichts passiert. Meine Haare sehen genauso aus wie vorher. Ich glaube 3 Stück haben mich 45 Euro gekostet die ich sicher besser Investieren hätte können. Im Nachhinein sieht man viele 1 Stern Bewertung über das Bamboo Charcoal Produkt. Es Funktioniert bei niemandem. Alles andere sind deutliche nur fake Bewertungen.

I will never order from this fake foreign company again I spent $74 dollars to receive no help and only an email from this company stating that my items were delivered and that I need to check with neighbors,the post office etc no other solutions for me as a customer or concerns to accommodate me at all just take my money and run ??😤 1st of all it took a whole month just for me to receive one shirt ? Then the shirt looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website it had no color scheme at all as the picture portrayed. the quality of the material was just poor. I never received anymore correspondence as well as I never received my whole order I will fight this company for my refund through my credit card company. Scams
