Great service and prompt delivery 😊

Lovely small business. I recently purchased a soap bundle with some new scents (to me) and every single one was gorgeous. Lovely scents and the soaps last well.

I emailed The Wrinkly Elephant with a query before purchasing as I received a prompt, polite, and helpful reply.
I went on to place my order and it arrived only a couple of days later. It was very well packaged, and really pretty, and also included a hand written note and a shower steamer for free to try!
An absolutely lovely company to deal with, I'm really excited to try my new products and hope to shop with them again!

Absolutely adore The Wrinkly Elephant Co. – My go-to for handmade soap!
From start to finish, my experience has been nothing short of fantastic.
Firstly, their handmade soaps are just divine. You can truly tell the care and quality that goes into each bar. They smell amazing, lather beautifully, and leave my skin feeling wonderfully soft and moisturised – never dry or stripped. I've tried a few different scents now, and each one has been a delightful experience.
Beyond the incredible products, the service I received was absolutely brilliant. My order arrived quickly, was beautifully packaged, and any questions I had were answered promptly and with such a friendly demeanor. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them.
