With all of the awful reviews I placed this order on Klarna BNPL to mitigate the risks..

I got the blue ‘turbo hoodie’,It took a little over 20 days to arrive and it’s perfect! Therefore I’m giving it 5 starts as it did actually arrive, took longer than the max 15 days it says on their website, but it did come and looks and feels as it should.

I ordered T-shirts size large- they sent them to me in extra large! Much too big!
Now they’re telling me that these are exactly “made to order” and I cannot give them back. They don’t send me any return-shipment details and refuse to send my money back. Bandits!

I contacted customer service several times and got either no response at all or completely useless replies. I’ve been repeatedly told someone would get back to me — they never did. At this point, this is no longer a delay, it’s a total lack of respect for customers.

To sum it up:
– product never shipped
– customer service is basically nonexistent
– no solution, no refund, no accountability

I strongly do NOT recommend The Vintage Arcade.
If you’re considering ordering from them, don’t. This is far from a serious or trustworthy business.

Avoid at all costs.

Originally mailed with incorrect address, never mailed again. Customer service reps promised to "look into it," no further replies after three reminder emails sent a month apart

Extremely poor customer service and poor quality. Don’t get sucked in by their social media. It looks great online but feels cheap in hand. Took 3 weeks to arrive and when I questioned the quality they told me no returns no refunds. Definitely avoid!

Do not use.Ordered 3 t shirts on the 20/10/25 received 1 of the t shirts 6 weeks later but still haven’t received the other 2 as of the 04/12/25.and don’t get any reply from emails that I’ve sent.

Ordered two products, just received one. Received the „Tax Hoodie“ with „Turbo“ Print on the front. The print is in extreme low quality and they took just some strange hoodie with buttons on the hood, a totally different hoodie model than shown on their website. Also when I placed the order, I heard nothing from then for weeks. Worst customer experience ever. It is a dropshipping store with really cheap products - total scam. Don‘t buy there, it‘s totally not worth the hustle…..

I thought this was a scam genuinely as I had no updates or confirmation. It took a good amount of time to arrive but… product is really nice quality. Print isn’t highest of quality but it looks like it’s supposed to be a retro style so it works with that and looks intentional. I really like it! Got the biggest blue size turbo Hoodie.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. FAILED TO DELIVER GOODS AND REFUSING TO GIVE REFUND. INCOMPETENT / FRAUDULENT.

I actually thought it was a scam from the other reviews and the time it took to deliver it but, it actually arrived and its in good quality

Worst customer support. Order was placed, it havent got at the time they said it would be. Still havent got any tracking number, no compensation or gifts from the staff. Seems like a scam business.

2 months after the order was made there are 0 updates, wrote mails and sent DMs via instagram to no avail.

Update: they just replied and issued a refund for the order, it appears that the shipment got lost in transit, they need to work on their updates though as I never even recieved an email that the order was shipped.
