This review is based on the company's customer service after I had an issue with my purchase. I bought a game from them and a second game was included at no additional price. After checking the. Company's reviews, I decided to support a small business and buy the game from them instead of Amazon, and with the understanding the second game was free. Then I got an email from the company saying the second game was given as a trial under a subscription plan. I had no idea, and wrote back telling them I did not intend to subscribe and did not know I was effectively "renting" the second game. Long story short, their customer service rep responded immediately, apologized for my confusion, cancelled my subscription, and let me keep the second game. Although my husband suspects the rep was a well trained bot, the correspondence was immediate, respectful, and solved the problem. It renewed my resolve to buy from small businesses when possible and -- after a check online to affirm the business is legitimate and well run -- to continue considering companies that rely on social media to secure customers. Good job, Uzzle.

We bought Uzzle some years back because we were curious! We took in to NC and shared it with our grandkids now 10, 12, and 14. They LOVED it, so it is now a staple for every time we visit! We forgot it once and now when we are coming they always give us a reminder. We use all 4 levels with them! Fast forward to recently and we have grandkids here in CO so we introduced it to them. Our 5 year old can beat us at it! He also loves the Uzzle blocks but he is so bright that he has aced those. These games are brilliant for the mind AND for interaction. We also took it to a seniors citizen group for game night. It was a huge hit and I think I "sold" some that night! 5 out of 5 stars, and 10 if there were more!

The Uzzle game is fantastic!! No complicated rules and instructions, just use the blocks to create what you see on the card faster than the other players and you win! As an older adult, I am always looking for ways to keep my mind active. The Uzzle is a great way to do that. You can even play solo and have a mental workout anytime!! My family enjoys the game very much and we highly recommend it. Thank you The Uzzle crew for creating such a simple, fun, family game.

Even though I have not received my game that I ordered six months ago, my experience in talking to the company has been rewarding. I ordered a game for my granddaughter at Christmas and she just loved it when we played it. I did not do very well. So I thought I’d order my own game and I’m gonna practice so that I can maybe beat her.

Brought the game out when family was here for Mother's Day. Our 6 year old granddaughter won the first game, beating her big sister and the adults playing. Her grin alone was worth the cost of the game.

This company seems to be a sham. It defaults you into a subscription when trying to purchase a game for Christmas. On the Uzzle website, there are directions for unsubscribing, but one cannot find a log in screen to your account - therefore you cannot unsubscribed. I have sent OVER 10 Customer Request to the Use contact, and have not received ANY replies - other than my message was received and someone will contact me in a day or two. The games are okay, but the company treats their customers like people at the Hotel California, you can get in any time you want, but you can NEVER leave.

From beginning to end the customer service was great, very attentive and followed up to make sure we received our package. The game is amazing and our big family with young teenagers and small children love to play, it a great way to enjoy family time .

The one issue I have is after the 7-10(?) BUSINESS DAYS I was not told that Skeletons, The Game I Had Ordered, was going to be late! I heard nothing until I Asked The Question.

I was having trouble placing my order on the website and Bernadette solved the problem for me.

The very attentive customer service along with strong games. These games help students develop critical thinking skills. I highly recommend them.

Uzzle is fun in a box. We are enjoying every box that has come. Staff was supportive and prompt with my issues!!

We absolutely love every game we have received. We have a family game night that our 4-year-old grands and our children in their 30s can all enjoy. It is great for cognitive thinking.. Thank you, Uzzle, for our nights of entertainment

Absolutely horrible experience! They surreptitiously hook you into an ongoing subscription. When you ultimately realize what is going on and request to return the unopened games and get a refund, they offer you a 50% discount on the games rather than return your money. I did not order, nor did I want, the additional games. After multiple attempts to resolve with the company, I requested that my credit card company remove the charge.

I ordered uzzle and I’m in Canada and I still haven’t got it. It’s going on three months now. I notified them once they said it was coming but after two months it’s still not here

Uzzle Company has great customer service. Our game was missing a sticker on one side. They are sending a replacement game which is amazing. We never expected that.Thank you so much.

We received Uzzle as a gift and have really been enjoying the game as a family. It's fun for all ages! Games are quick and it's super easy to set up, which makes it a perfect activity. One of the game pieces we received was missing a sticker. It's rare these days to have a positive customer service interaction, but I wanted to say thank you to the Uzzle team for quickly responding. I was expecting to just get a replacement game piece, but they actually sent us a whole new game, which will allow more players to play. Can't wait!
