Wonderful customer service - very helpful over my mistake in the ordering process.

A great game that I played with my in-laws over the winter holiday break. I enjoyed it so much that I purchased it as a birthday gift for my niece. Excellent customer service as well! They were very personable, professional, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns.

Everything was smooth. The game arrived early for my grandson. I won't be there for a few days. He is 8 and it's his favorite game. I got the expansion pack so the whole family can play together. To be fair it's my favorite game too.

I have never had a better experience dealing with this company than any other company that sells the game UZZLE. Super fast delivery and the game is so much fun. Great communication, I will be ordering from them again. Thank you so much for a great experience dealing with your website.

I reached out to Uzzle when my product arrived with missing pieces. I contacted the company never expecting a reply, however, what an amazing surprise to actually receive a response. After making apologies the missing pieces are en route to me! Thank you Uzzle!

I ordered this product in the middle of December for a Christmas present. You charged me 83.39 on the 18th. I never recieved your product. Still waiting. I will notify Chase to return my money if I don't hear from you this week.

Although I’m a bit late writing this, I needed to post a review, not for the product, it speaks for itself, but for the customer service. My order like I’m sure several was delayed and not delivered as I would have liked, I know that shouldn’t be good. It’s just a testament to how many people ordered the game for the holidays. But customer service bent over backwards to fix, stayed in contact with me and did everything possible to resolve, which they did. To me that’s more important than anything. So thank you to the Uzzle team for all their help and yes we LOVE both the games!!

Great game , challenging yet not frustrating for 5 year olds. Ours arrived with extras if one number and a deficit of another block. The company is seeing a whole new set to us. Great customer service.

I had ordered an Uzzle game in December, 2024. It was shipped out and was to be delivered to me by the USPS. Once it arrived in our city, it was loaded onto a mail truck for delivery that caught fire, destroying everything that was on the truck (including my Uzzle game). I emailed the Uzzle team about the details of the misfortune, and heard back within 24 hours, with the notification that they were going to send a replacement game at N/C. I was impressed with the trust that was placed in my sharing of the situation, and even though I have a notification from the USPS regarding the fire as proof of my situation, I never had to supply it because the Uzzle team believed me without proof. That meant a lot to me!

Nice people to deal with. They are very interested in making sure the customer is happy.

After buying and receiving our Uzzle game we noticed that one of the blocks had one side that was not marked/stamped or stickered at all. Emailed Uzzle letting them know and received a reply within 24 hours! Within a week I received a new game ! Customer support for this company is top notch and the efficiency in which they took care of this small problem was very impressive. Kudos to Uzzle customer support and thank you again for your speedy response. Will highly recommend to anyone that asks.

The customer service is beyond exceptional! I ordered the wrong game-the expansion one first. I didn’t realize it until we tried to play it Christmas Day with my family, I Emailed your customer service and within 24 hours they responded by letting me know they were going to send out the correct game - first one addition with no additional charges.
