The THIRD Estimate - new roof &gutters fixed
Oct 2025 spent over $14k from the third estimate for roof and gutters. I have contacted 3 times for help and fixes..... no response.

I am updating my review based in today's events. First thing this morning I received a call from the CEO of 3rd Estimate.... Apologizing for all of the issues. She was very kind and spoke to me as if I was a neighbor... friendly and firm. I like that .
Within a few hours we had John Sotka at our door... Apologizing again and spending an hour going through each of our issues. What a breath of fresh air.
The number I had been calling was a former employee l, so they hadn't gotten the messages.
They will be fixing everything next week and the customer service (once I was able to get a real person) is great. I am changing my review and stars based on the interactions I had today.
I will be using this company again in the future.
