Thetekko Recenzje

Arrived quickly. It’s a Christmas gift for my son, it hasn’t been played with yet, but it arrived, I opened it and it looks just like the ads, pretty sure my kid will love it!

Easy order process. Could probably do with more details about delivery and better tracking information

I like the tekko it’s fun when I’m on the go, and playing some old school games

Shipping went great, product is fun. Wish there was a list of games prior to purchase, but still a very fun emulator for the price. I have something similar that used a Rasberry Pi, but this system runs more modern games smoothly.

Tekko's website promises a full refund within 90 days of delivery for any reason, "no questions asked." My experience was the opposite.

I asked to cancel my order 24 hours after placing it. Support said it had already shipped and couldn't be cancelled. When I asked if I could return it after it arrived, they didn't give me a straight answer and just encouraged me to "give the console a chance."

The item arrived and I didn't open it. When I asked to return it, support told me refunds are only available for faulty products. That contradicts their own published policy. When I quoted the policy back to them, they offered a 30% partial refund instead of the full refund the policy guarantees.

If you order from Tekko, save a copy of their refund policy first and use a payment method with strong dispute protection. Their published policy and what their support team actually does are two different things.

I feel like a kid on Christmas morning. The console is so worth the price. I have been having a hard time putting it down. 😂 I was also impressed with the speed and the constant updates they give you when you order. It took a week or less to get it to me. I recommend this console to anyone and the company as well.

This handheld brings back so many fond memories. Scrolling through, I find games I had completely forgotten about...and now I get to share them with my kids.

Console works great

Came as promised and with updates. I was not left wondering.

Love it!! The only thing it’s missing is PS2 but I still love it

The shipment was fast. I like the boxes they came in. It's well made and I love the games.

Deceptive return policy. The device I ordered was subpar, mis-matched buttons and the build quality was bad. When I initiated a return, I was asked to jump through hoops, after getting frustrated, I cited the website return policy but was told they can only issue a 30% refund. I had to go through my credit card company to cancel the transaction and get my money back. DO NOT BUY!

my order was delivered on time. my order was correct. the game was described as it was advertise on the website.

It was super easy to order from Tekko. Shipping took less than a week to receive. Brings me back to my childhood!

It’s a great system and set up. It’s every persons dream to own one of these to be entertained for hours.

It came on time. Most of the games work with no tweaking. I can remove games that don't work or I don't like.

I've ordered a couple of Tekko Ones for Christmas presents, so I haven't done anything with them except for charging them. However, upon receiving the handhelds, I decided I would get the stick for myself. The stick hasn't arrived yet, but I'll have a better idea of how that's going once I've set it up. I've got a 47" TV as a monitor on my PC, so that should work well.

How does one put a rating on getting their childhood back in one device? Shipping was a little lengthy but smooth overall (oversees). When it arrived I was overwhelmed with the amount of games to look through (We ordered the 40k). Games I had forgotten existed scooted across my screen. Hours and hours of childhood memories flooded my mind. I spent the first couple of ours not playing but reminiscing on memories with my partner. I had heard stories from him I've never heard before. We ordered the USB with 2 controllers. We had a perfect night together reliving the glory days with smiles across our faces laughing until we hurt. I cant recommend this enough. Looking to get the handheld next.

Still waiting for the product but at least I can track it and see where it is or how long it’s going to take to get to me.
