I ordered my product in early August. Bought paid for tracking all sent. I believe they’re out of Nevada. I cannot remember if it’s shipped from. Anyways, I’m in the weeds so it shipped from there to essentially Chicago then South Dakota to my address here in Sioux Falls but then here’s the twist it picked up from my mailbox in Sioux Falls South Dakota back to Chicago then Pennsylvania was the final destination in Maryland. You email me Scott and all you ever get is two premade letters. One is from a Will I believe and the other is from. I forget the girl’s name but I have sent countless emails. No one will return a call.. They will not do any refunds because it is not their fault. It’s a shipping company fault but there again here’s the only catch 22. They won’t give you the shipping companies phone number. It’s USPS well that’s about like talking to Wall.

The product could be real yet I don’t know. Can I even get them to send me a new one or a replacement? They won’t do it. They will not reply with a letter reply with any consideration the only thing they’ve asked is if my address was correct which I redid. My address didn’t hear anything back from and they wanna know how the product is working, but yeah, it’s just terrible terrible customer service.
