I love this game. It takes me back to when I was a child. The ordering process was quick and easy. I got updates of when they shipped and when to expect delivery. I would definitely recommend this game.

As soon as I placed my order someone immediately reached out to me and confirmed. Gave me all the information and a list of any available extras if needed. And I later had a question, the response was almost immediate. And me as a customer find that awesome that the take the time to reach out and ask about their products and answer any questions. I haven't received my order yet, but I am looking forward to it!

This company is doing super well off of the fact that it still holds love and devotion to retro games. Nothing screams dedication like playing your favorite past games in this era !
Customer service is 1 of 1 ,you dont have to wait days or send an email cause they text you back immediately to address any concerns or issues, that to me and plenty others is key to running a smooth business. And warranty for the tekko 1 is way better than the actual nintendo Gameboy itself with no games installed . Need i say more?

Ordering my Tekko One was a fast, easy, and streamlined experience. I think its awesome that a company like Tekko is making such an awesome little device that allows people to experience all these games from the past, most of which I grew up on. I remember when the gameboy first came out and going to the store with my dad to pick one out! I grabbed the purple one and the Super Mario game and the rest is history. I have been looking for a gift for my fiance and I to celebrate getting married soon and this console was big for both of us. Been a blast so far and can’t wait to keep playing games

simple quick and easy no hassle order ordered a portable one and a one for the tv

Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I had countless back and forth emails with them, constantly receiving responses from different members of the team (each more incompetent than the last).
Furthermore, I paid extra for the faster delivery and it still took over 3 weeks (not the 3-5 days as promised). I dont usually write reviews and, until now, never a bad one, but this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. They go back on what they agree to at every opportunity, and worse still the products themselves are terrible. I bought the Tekko One (turned out to be a repackaged R36S that cost more than twice as much) and among other issues the up arrow is stuck permanently engaged.

To sum up DO NOT buy from this company.

They sent me the wrong color, offered me 30% off, I took it, opened the game, switched it on to find a corrupt sd and they will not fix the problem, I’ve reported them to every legal body I could but I spent 100$ for plastic that does not work, the delivery driver couldn’t follow directions either, but they need to be run out of business, mylene is not helpful either

Product took a while to ship even though paid for priority processing. Now have been waiting for product to be delivered... problem is delivery service is terrible at updating tracking.... my product hasn't "moved" in 3 days
