Everything is great about The Tea Spot! Great tea, great experience and great customer service. I have ordered from their website multiple times and have never had any issues with shipping. It’s always been very quick and my packages have always been correct. The tea is of really good quality and I love it, so I keep ordering more, haha.

I exclusively drink tea (about 1/2 gallon a day) and I sometimes buy bottled ice tea, but making my own is both the most cost effective and best quality. I have gotten from local stores and have either gotten ripped off from places like Teavana or lower quality and only slightly cheaper from local stores. The Tea Spot has the second best quality and variety to anywhere I have got (next to Dobra tea) but by far the best value. I subscribe to the the Green and Black tea clubs and use both their seeping mug as well as tea balls, and am always pleasantly surprised by the tea variety. The website is a nice web interface which I think is pretty and easy to use, and if you call their number, you will get a friendly person in under a minute. I wish I could afford to get more Matcha, but theirs is way cheaper than anywhere else for the same quality.

These teas are so much better than the tea bags you buy in the grocery store. They stay fresh for a long time and provide great flavor no matter how long they've been sitting in the jar. I love how many different flavors they have. I've tried about 5 of them and have even given them as gifts!

Tea Spot is now my go to tea supplier. Awesome collection of green teas and other. I ordered several types of green tea and all tasted amazing. I have never been more pleased. Thanks for the service and the selection. Someone there knows something about tea. Love it!

Tea is ok, but they do not list their nutritional values nor does the Customer Service have it.

I'm a huge tea fan since the days when I was a student in India and a post graduate student. I've bought all kinds of teas and sample packs from many tea shops -- and I hereby proclaim The Tea Spot's the MOST delicious and best crafted. This came into focus recently when I decided to try samplers again from other tea shops. The teas are good but the Tea Spot truly has the best blends as far as I'm concerned, from the Boulder Breakfast, to the Oolong Coconut, to the green teas. I've now decided to get 90 percent of my tea (there are a few brands sold in stores that I occasionally have( Tea Spot. Why? 1)It's so simple to order, 2)the teas are absolutely delicious, 3)they send you a free sample 4) A donation is made to battle cancer with each purchase. YES I could resume getting samples from a bunch of places, and throwing some of those teas out. I'm just sticking with The Tea Spot.

I received an Urban Tea Tumbler for Christmas and it is brilliant. It is so simple to use and I have recommended it to anyone I know who enjoys their loose leaf tea. It's easy to clean and maintain and I've had no issues using it whilst travelling or between home or work.

I also have to praise the excellent customer service of The Tea Spot. I had to get in touch to make and inquiry about my Tumbler and was put in contact with Ali who was polite, courteous and extremely helpful.

I am a firm believer that a good business relies on having good customer service and Ali went above and beyond to resolve my inquiry and I'm ever so thankful for the help I received.

Get so much positive emotion just having a tea evening with my family. Last week I brought their black tea sampler and it turn out to be so delicious. Going to buy a new tea-pot and new cups to make our tea-drinking tradition even more unforgettable.

I love the Tea Spot! They have great loose tea. My favorite is the urban tea tumbler, my fiance and I got them as a gift and we both use them almost daily. They also have a great variety of tea, there's something for everyone!

So many options to choose from, and so many wonderful flavors. My favorite right now is the Red Rocks Roobios tea, it's such a soothing blend. We love their Steepware too!

When I first found The Tea Spot, I didn't know where to start, there were so many blends that caught my eye. I never call companies for help, but decided I would, and it did not disappoint. After the phone call, I walked away feeling more knowledgeable of tea and now I have a collection of nearly a dozen of my favorite teas, all from The Tea Spot! They are delicious, and just when I think I have tried them all, they make a new blend that I can't resist!

I had been looking for a delicious and energy boosting tea that could do the trick as well as coffee and I found it at The Tea Spot, Climber's High. It gives me the jolt I need in the morning and chai spices give it a great flavor.

I'm an iced tea fanatic & snob! Their steep-ware has cut 15 mins out of my daily routine! I LOVE their pitcher with the center core! I LOVE their Steep&Go for cold filtering......SOOOO much easier than all the steps & time to make iced tea traditionally! I got the "Urban Tumbler" for Christmas and I'm really liking it! In Austin, I survive the summers because of their "Thin Mint" green tea!!!
