I needed a replacement tea strainer/infuser basket for my Tetsubin tea pot. I emailed customer service after trying to find a replacement strainer elsewhere. Angie let me know it was not available on the website but could send one out for a small charge and shipping. She even setup the order so all I had to do was enter payment details. Quick turnaround and great customer service.

Not only is the tea top quality, the customer experience is first-rate.
Angie at customer service was able to fix my ordering error in record time, with a few easy clicks on my part. They even helped me save a bit of money on shipping costs. It was a distinct pleasure to to have things handled smoothly and competently. Makes the tea even better.

I sent a package from the Tea Spot to my daughter but she never received it. I reached out to the company and Angie promptly replied. After verifying the address she was able to get the package reshipped. Angie was very helpful and my experience working with her was wonderful! This is my favorite tea company by far. Women-owned, donating some profit, environmentally and human-health friendly packaging and tea bags… they’ve thought of everything. But what I love the most is how great the teas taste and make me feel. The Desert Sage is a unique and effective digestive tea that really helps. I wrote with a query about a product and a real person wrote to me right away. The packaging is gorgeous so the 15 sachet bags or tins make great gifts. I enjoy supporting this business so much!

About a year ago I found the Earl of Grey tea from the Tea Spot. I have been a lifelong fan of Earl Grey teas so I decided to give it a shot. Once I opened the bag and smelled the tea, I knew this was going to be “next level”! Once I brewed the Earl of Grey and took my first sip (with local wildflower honey and vanilla creamer) I realized that this was Earl Grey on steroids. The flavor is so much more than any tea I have ever tasted. I would consider myself a semi-professional tea taster so you can trust me on this. It’s the best, period.

I did not receive my order from Tea Spot. When I reached out to let them know, Angie was extremely helpful for the next week as we waited to see if it would be delivered. When it wasn’t she had another order sent to me within days. The customer service I received was polite and efficient! Nice job, Tea Spot:)

You will never find better customer service anywhere than at The Tea Spot. Ever. I've had lots and lots of friendly, expert and speedy assistance from them over the years (addresses changed, deliveries consolidated, subscriptions adjusted, mixed-up orders of mine corrected, etc.). But nothing can top the help they gave me today when a gift recipient of mine, who lives alone and whose package had already been sent out, ended up having emergency surgery and wasn't going to be home to keep neighbors from noticing an unclaimed package at the front step in a day or two.

True to form, The Tea Spot tried, though unsuccessfully, to use their influence with the shipper to have the package returned to them for credit to me or readdressed for shipment to me instead. They then told me that if someone else could get hold of the package upon arrival and write "return to sender" on it, that would still work. They promised to process my reorder immediately if the package was missing when the recipient got home, desperately in need some lovely tea. They also invited me to get back to them if there was anything else they could try to do. Then they even asked after the gift recipient and sent best wishes for an uneventful recovery. This was, like, an hour or less after my message to them once I'd been unable to get the shipper to help fix things. The customer service people at The Tea Spot swiftly jumped on a problem that wasn't even theirs, and at the same time made me feel better and reassured on a very tough day for me.

There's nothing else like these folks. Whenever you need help, you'll thank your lucky stars if you're dealing with The Tea Spot. And if you are already a customer, please send them some appreciation for their work along with your next message to obtain assistance. They totally deserve it.

I have been ordering from The Tea Spot for years. Whether it was to our home in New Mexico (even got a Brick & Mortar in Santa Fe), or to Djibouti Africa, always quality products. But most importantly, customer service. You are valued & appreciated by the folks who work here. I will always be a customer here. ☺️

We truly like the Lights Out blend. It really does calm and relax you for bedtime. The flavor is unexpectedly delicious! We are looking forward to trying the other teas we ordered. Great product!

My friend told me about The Tea Spot and I'm so thankful. Their teas are fresh, full of flavor and of outstanding quality (much better than where I'd been buying). I didn't want my morning teapot of Gyokuro organic to end - it tasted amazing! I'm now sipping the Keep Fit, Organic which I decided to cold brew in my Mountain Tea Tumbler - it's refreshing and delicious. I also purchased Sencha Organic Tea which is another firm favorite of mine. Their Customer Service Team are top notch and quickly resolved a little order glitch - I can't speak highly enough of them and they've gained a forever customer now. Well, the tea is all FATASTIC! Great tasting, a lot of them are phenomenal iced as well. Flavor is really much better than any teas we've tried. We continue to order and the customer service is exceptional! Lady Lavender, Blood Orange Smoothie! If you haven't tried those two, you've been living under a rock! THE BEST!!!

The tea spot will not stand behind their products. They hide behind an excuse, not being returnable, but other online T companies immediately offer a return satisfaction policy. I would have been happy even with a credit for this product, tasted stale, but customer service would have nothing to do with it, even my customer service rep at T Spot said I personally don’t like this either but I’ve learned to drink it

I ordered a pound of Moroccan mint tea from The tea spot . Thinking Im getting a high quality item. I was shocked when I received the product. The tea was practically a sand. mint and green leaves grinded to a sand. Cheap quality. Now Im stuck with a tea I can not brew.
