Delivery issue caused by courier
Delivery issue caused by courier, however also had an item missing from item. Have emailed several times with no response. Also commented on their FB page for it be deleted. All I want is my refund.

while ive used this company in the past…
while ive used this company in the past and have 0 complaints i had some issues with placing my order today, to help raise my credit score i use klarna cant spell, and while it took the money out it didnt resigter completing my order and i had to re-pay for it to go through so the money came out twice hoping this is a one off issue and i have contacted customer service as im likely gonna get charged double for one order due to the issue. other than that they are a lovely company and i love how many choices they have and will use them again in future
