The goods all met my expectations, although the Harry Potter sweets were a little smaller than I expected. Unfortunately Royal Mail let The Sweet Box down by delivering a damaged box. Kerrie was quick to respond and replacements sent by return. Excellent service.

Ordered 4 kg of the christmas themed sweets to go in christmas bags for Orphanages, purchased these as the advertised picture had chocolate coins and jazzy stars. Received 4 bags not one had a star or coin. Look nothing like the mix displayed on the site.

The sweets were not in stock with my normal seller so ordered from here (different brand). These sweets tasted sweet and boxy - hardly any cola flavour at all - and after a week in a sealed jar they had all stuck together. Binned.

I have been using these guys for many years for many different occasions (and also as the odd treat here & there).

They are always extremely helpful with any special requests, the delivery is Amazon Prime levels of quickness and the sweets are just perfect! Great quality, good prices and exceptional customer service. Couldn't ask for more, will continue to purchase for many years to come.

Wow! This site is fantastic! Getting hold of all the sweets from my childhood years that I thought I would never get to eat again!
I even got a great bundle gift for a couple of birthday’s they were yummy tasty jelly & fizzy mixes!
They are fast at delivering & really helpful for any requests made.

I started ordering from the sweet box right before lock down. Saw an add on fb and thought this would be amazing. I think I ordered one of everything and it all arrived in plastic tubs and was such high quality. While the brand had changed after lockdown the quality of the stuff was still there. Everything was great value as well. I ordered regularly and for many years the orders were great. I recommended them to colleagues and friends!

the past two years the quality and value for money has just dropped. Everything is literally the cheapest of the cheap product but for a higher cost. You get less in the bag now that you that did. This may be a sign of the times and would be totally acceptable if you were getting the same quality….

I ordered a massive order last year for Halloween for goodies bags for my sons party, I was so shocked at the quality and the amount you got. It seems they have sacrificed the quality far too much and this is not the quality most came to expect. Some examples are the jelly rings or the turtles are literally cheap muck alternatives… as are the jelly cherries and a lot of other favourites. Even the cola bottles and gummy bears are horrid cheap rubbish. They used to use Harribo or at least a brand just as good. The stuff now is just nasty and tasteless.

Ordered more during the week and it was more disappointing. Having ran a small business myself I understand the need to make profit however it should never been at the cost of the quality.

Disappointed and won’t be ordering again. Can literally go to Tesco’s for better quality for more value.

I have purchased the pick and mix tubs on numerous occasions, always been absolutely fantastic. My last order a slight issue but was resolved promptly so I won’t let it put me off ordering again.

I have not received my order. Very unhelpful, 1 response email from Chris claiming the order had been delivered. I asked for further information & received no response, i have now left a 2nd message asking to be fully refunded. Not the kind of service I expect to receive when spending my hard earned cash! In response to your reply here on trust pilot if you responsed to the 2nd message I submitted via your website this morning you would have all the information you have requested below.
