Great transaction. Download instructions were easy to follow as was the software activation details. They followed up in case I needed additional help.

For the most part my experience with Software City was very good. The instructions for installing the Office 2024 were very clear and easy to follow. The only thing missing was that you have to turn S mode off on Windows 11. I thought any Windows program would be able to be installed, but only if it is available from the Microsoft Store.
Other than that communication was good, but it took a day to get a response. The person was sending me messages at midnight so maybe it was just the shift he was working.
All in all, I am satisfied.

The only rough spot was my original attempt to contact the company via phone. Phone problems (their end) prevented me from reaching them via phone. The chat bot was very helpful, the troubleshooting steps were clear and helpful, and I was able to schedule human technical support immediately. My technician solve my problem within 5 to 10 minutes. This probably saved me a day of frustration, and saved thesoftwarecity a customer for repeat business :) Thanks!

Best price, quick delivery and excellent installation instructions. Built a desktop for a friend as a Christmass gift and needed a quick OS download and got it in less than 15 minutes.

Whilst payment for the product had been made , there was a little delay in the product being delivered. Software city were immediately responsive to my concern and enquiries about non delivery and the product details arrived shortly after.
Software city have continued to follow up with me about installation of the product and that has been so appreciated but I had no issue with installation instructions provided. Good job software city.

I admit I was a bit nervous about downloading from and making payment to a company I never heard of before. I dread installing software because of all the things that can go wrong. But the installation instructions from software city were very detailed and made the installation so quick and easy. Went to load new software and when asked to take picture of QR code. System locked up. No way to load. tried to contact support but no help. If this is the service that "The Software City" offers, dont waste your money

I had a question about the software and by "chat" the question was answered very promptly.

Sick of paying a subscription every year. I wanted a program that I could use continuously. I was a bit sceptical that this might have been a scam, but after doing all my checks this company came up clean. I have downloaded the link and easierly set up office 2024 on my laptop. When I was having issues, Charles jumped on a support session and got my software running.

The "Move" function won't move - anything! I can't believe this. Another item: when I click on the far right down arrow, I get a pop-up box instead of the bar scrolling down like it should. And that stupid box pops up most every time. And the pop-up box is so far at the bottom of the screen that there's barely any room to place the cursor under the box to get to the down arrow again. It would be nice if these items were fixed. This has been happing since last Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving.

The Rep was online on time. He kept me informed of what he was doing.. I would highly recommend this service.
