I have asked for a refund and not received any sign of a refund yet. The best thing this company can do is to have a phone number for customer service! There is no phone number listed anywhere. Sometimes it takes speaking to a live person to get things made right. Robyn

The chat experience with James was great! We were not able to install the program, though, because my computer has a site license only. I figured it out myself and the program is now installed on my computer. 😁

I was a little hesitant to order software online, but my experience with The Software City was fantastic! I got exactly what I paid for almost immediately. Two emails to The Software City were unanswered but as having purchased there before I decided to go ahead with my order. Everything went well from the download to the running of the program with easy-to-follow instructions

The windows upgrade did not work. Tried several different approaches and still could not get it to work. Then This company that sold it to me wants me to spend another $40 for a third party to have complete control of my computer to attempt to get it to work. So I guess I should pay for the privilege to have my information hacked. Asked for a refund that was guaranteed and now they ghost me

Hello! Yes, the purchase and download were fine...however, the support offered to install did not have an appt. possibility for 3 days out. Even then the offered appt. was at 3:30 am!
When I decided NOT to purchase thee company offer of assistance in download ($39.00) I sent 2 emails to the company to CANCEL that part of the purchase. No response. Quick to take my hard-earned money, but slow to return at valid reequest.

It was easy to purchase the software that I needed and the price was excellent. The download and install instructions were clear. They also offered (for an small additional price), remote installation. I was able to install the software myself, so I didn't need this. But it was nice that it was an option.

I purchased Windows 11 and when trying to install it a notification showed that my laptop did not meet the necessary requirements for installing so I asked for a refund. James contacted me and said that if I was running W10 I would be able to install W11. I made an appointment and he took remote control of my laptop and successfully installed the new software. The only negative thing about the experience was that it took longer than expected.

The sale was procesed and completed rapidly. The instructions on how to upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro were clear and easy to follow. The upgrade took about 1 minutes to complete. I lost no access or data after the upgrade was complete.

Apparently I did not read the instructions and didn't realize installation could take over 5 hours. I didn't know if I had to stay by computer the whole time. I think I excaped and install didn't happen. I set up a new time for an install but wondered if there was some way we could go back and complete where it ended. Help. I've never did stuff like this before. Sorry. My fault, not yours.

Transaction went through in less than 10 mins and I had my Mircosoft software license. Went and downloaded the software and activated it with out a problem. Will use them again.

Once we communicated with a representative, James Pham, and explained what we encountered, he explained what occurred (an upgrade in the software we were sent) we were able to successfully load the software. When we first saw the download, we thought we had made a mistake. He explained the situation and all was good.

I had a wonderful experience with my purchase and further installation of windows 11 pro product key 🗝️ . Everything went smoothly as hoped for.

When I purchased the software to take a test, my computer wouldn't run it. They reached out to help me get around that I issue/offer me a refund when I let them know.

Placing the order was simple and straight forward. If I had realized that I would have to wait days to have it installed I probably would have tried to do it myself. I do not have a camera or microphone on my computer so this should be interesting! It appears your program will be easy to use. If I could cancel the tech help I would probably do so and just try to install it myself. I needed to use the program asap so I had to use someone else's computer..
