Scam website. It even seemed to close down today when I was trying to resolve an issue. I spent over $100 on their site for weighted plushies. I did receive a $10 valued plush pig so they could have tracking. I’ve contacted Shop pay about them. Hopefully they will cover me. Very frustrating that I’m not getting the items I ordered. At least 1 was supposed to be a gift. Wish I had known to check reviews also. Hopefully whoever made this scam website will get prosecuted for stealing from many people.

I guess it doesn't matter as the web domain now belongs to a totally different business.

I paid a small deposit as the website advertised I would get a quicker response. After weeks of emailing with no response I gave up, there’s no phone number to call either. This website should be taken down if the service is no longer active. Save your money people!

No response after a month. If I'd read the reviews beforehand, I'd have avoided them completely. I am horrified that any business would treat its clients and employees in the manner that they have. I'm thankful to have dodged a bullet.

I applied to become a snuggler on the website. I was accepted and added. At this point in my life I no longer want to be employed with them. I’m unable to remove my profile or have it deleted. I have no way of contacting the company directly to do so. Please remove me if you read this.

I applied on two occasions to become a cuddler with this company. The process in the beginning was easy and received emails very quickly. Towards the end, one email includes a link to a 2 minute video on the basics of being a cuddler. I then sent another email that I was still interested and to move forward. I got a quick email with a link for a "quiz" which I completed with flying colors. At the end of the quiz, the instructions said to send a text to a specific number including the application number, my first name, and that I was interested. The instructions indicated that I would receive an email in 4 four days. It has been two weeks, several emails back to the person who sent me the email, and no response. I had the same issue with the first application, which was to a different person.

Still no response from either time. They seem more interested in getting photos of people who are interested and phone numbers, from the texts. Once they get that, they don't care.

No way to get in touch with anyone at the company. I gave a one start only because that was the lowest number I could give.

The website has no indication as to where the physical address is located, not even a PO Box. No phone number, no email address. This clearly is not normal for a legitimate company. I guess they are not legit.

The Snuggle Buddies Llc and Touch Feet sites are full of fake profiles.. women who do not work for the company.

They kept my profile up even though I asked for it to be taken down. That was between February and March 2018.
Bait n switch to other cuddlers.

sex offenders! Do you run backround checks on clients as well as employees.

I tried Snuggle Buddies twice and the woman was not professional, neither is the staff (Evan Carp or whoever it is).

Used the same woman twice, the first time was not so great but wanted to give her a second chance. Second time she stole money from me while I went to the bathroom.

I was going to try another smuggler, When I made the request and she didn't contact me, I wrote to the website and was given her e-mall address. What business does that?

The site seems to be out of business now. Nothing has changed. No new women or any seem to be leaving like they were.

Just don't do anything with this one!!!

Tried to become a client, even pre paid for a faster service, filled out numerous applications, yet not a single response and it's been weeks. Plus no refund, so yeah sounds like a scam.

Alice, in the DFW area is great! Very enjoyable cuddle session. Even enjoyed a little bit of playful tickling, totally non sexual. A very positive experience. I was looking for a purely platonic scenario and found it with Alice.

I've used the service for a few years. The girls do come and go as people mentioned, but the ones that stick around are great. I've had really good sessions in Philly.
