Please be careful when shopping with this company and don’t get caught out in a subscription trap like I did.
They will take your money every 20 days and will refuse to offer any kind of refund or cancellation for six months.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, the worst I have ever received.

Please don’t waste your money or time with this company!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

The customer service for this company is awful, not helpful at all. Gemma is the only person that you talk to and she is the least helpful person and will constantly go about about the 14 day period. Which by the way is an absolute joke.

You get your first order free and then have to pay £15.48 every 20 days without your consent. Please, please be careful when ordering everything with them as they will subscription trap you and make it impossible to cancel.

One word of advice, don’t even bother ordering ANYTHING with them, unless of course you want their disgusting products.

I ordered my first packet of Beauty Locks that was advertised as FREE with only paying for postage, little to my knowledge I signed up to a subscription that they did not make clear at all. The product is awful and tastes disgusting. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking company. My little girl accidentally signed me up for the 6 month subscription for the tablets when they had a special offer on that states free tablets. I just wanted the coffee which I actual liked and think worked which I have explain to them on 4 separate occasion and I was told basically tuff and then I explained how the tablet actually make me really ill and I have just been told I will have to get my doctor to write a letter to prove this.

Funny thing I have sent all the tablets they have sent me back knowing full well I will never even received a refund and they will probably say they never received them because they scam and lie.

I just notice the only review the company have responded to on here is a positive one that shows how bad they are. I won’t be buying from them again which is a shame as I probably would have brought the coffee regularly

Signed up for the coffee subscription for the 2nd time, so know the product well. No idea if it actually helps with the weight loss, but it certainly helps with bloating!. Got a bit miffed at how long it took to dispatch, but my email was answered politely and problem resolved fast.

Shocking scammers. Read small print people before ordering as they are getting you to sign in to a 6 month contract for a product that does nothing, for a cost of £15 a month.
Has anyone not continued with the direct debit, if so what happens

Do not buy from this company!! They signed up to a 6 month subscription without even telling me. The products don't work and the customer service is appalling.

Can anyone tell me have they cancelled the payments via the bank and what happened next? Has this company taken anyone to court or anything? They give no information once you brought the product does it say you signed into a 6 month contract or that you need to send back the product without even trying it to be able to cancel. This company is an absolute disgrace. I don’t understand how there allowed to keep calling people like this and getting away with it. There gonna take about £150 for not chocolate I can’t even believe this. It’s terrible

This company is a joke!!! £177.85 has been taken from my account and I have no products (not that I want them anyway) and no contact has been made despite numerous emails sent.

How can they advertise a ‘free’ sample then deduct £177.85 from your account!!

On with the bank now to raise a fraud investigation as clearly ignoring me is not solving this issue.

Fell into the same trap as most others on here, lesson learned, make sure I read the small print! However, I have now made my second payment and only ever received the “free” packet. I have emailed a number of times asking for tracking details but have still not received them, they did say there may be a delay due to covid19 and it’s out of their hands (all other mail/parcels still being delivered). Please people AVOID this company, customer service is rubbish!

Tread very carefully with this lot - you may find that their too-good-to-be-true offer is just that and you’ll be paying through the nose for a 6-month subscription you neither wanted nor understood at the time.

If I could put less than 1 star, I would. This company is disgusting to be quite honest. First of all the person behind this decided to make money off people who’re insecure about their hair, body etc by giving them false hope and providing them with products that DON’T WORK and taste like pure a*s. I saw the beauty locks hot chocolate being promoted on someone’s snapchat story for FREE so thought why not... Said I would only have to pay £2.99 for shipping and now i’ve been charged £30 for the full sachet. Then realised they’ve sneakily hidden their subscription details in the terms and conditions, knowing full well that no one in this day and age will read them. I’m a student and have lost my job due to the coronavirus, i had £50 in my account to last me however long this lockdown goes on for and now i’m down to less than £20 just because these delusional people have nothing better to do than take money from those who need it most. All they seem to be responding to these reviews with is the same message claiming that, if you agreed to the terms and conditions, you apparently claimed to bleed yourself dry for the next few months. Skinny Caffe, you should well and truly be ashamed of yourselves and especially in a time like right now. Anyone reading this, well done for reading into things and not allowing yourself to be tricked by these thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME.

So I seen advertised that they giving the first order free, you just have to pay for shipping. Until after ordering it said thank you for your subscription!! Hold up what subscription i haven’t signed up for anything. I emailed to tell them to take me off. But in order to take me off I have to return the item ? So I paid for shipping and you expect me to pay for it to get sent back to you ? It’s a joke nowhere do they state that when ordering you get signed on a automatic subscription!! False advertisement and I will be taking it further. Absolute cons !! And I will make sure everyone knows about it

I sent back my products within the 14 day returns period and asked for my subscription to be cancelled and your company are still trying to take money from my card. I did my part and did what was required now why can't you? If no one responds to my emails and cancels my subscription I will take legal action.

Good range of products reasonable pricing.

1 star is too good!!!! Awful company, awful customer service, I wish I had read the reviews first. I didnt see anything about subscription, surely this should be made clearer, its a trap. I wrote nicely to request cancelling . I have lost my job due to illness and had my operation cancelled 4 times now. I cant work again until I have surgery which isnt likely in the near future due to the coronavirus. I explained my situation and they dont care. Maybe I could justify losing money if it tasted nice but its disgusting!! It really looks like dirt and tastes vile. This company are awful. They trap you. Avoid!!

I fell in their trap too. I'm literally a student in scho with little to no funds. How dumb the company has to be to give a subscribtion right away without people even trying their products?? This is why they have so many bad rewievs. They say, that they write everything about the subscribtion in their terms part, ok, great, but for the sake of everyone, mind adding it to the main page, to the, idk, product description as an IMPORTANT thing. Ths service is disgusting. Since when scamming people is a normal thing. You think that with scamming y'all go far? Sad to say that from time to time yiur business will be ruined by yourselfs if you keep on doing this. Worst company ever. Just after receiving the package I'm going to send it back. Disgusting.

Like most on this page ,I have also been duped into having to pay £12.99 ,twice a month,for six months for slimming capsules,that I believed were Free and I’m now stuck on a six month subscription!! 🤬12 x £12.99 as there are only 15 days supply in one pack and the subscription is for six months . I added the so called Free pack to my basket and am now stuck on this subscription.
After god knows how many emails and trying to cancel online within the 14 day get out,I have got nowhere !!

Difficult to cancel subscriptions are costing people an average of £50 a month, according to new research - so how can you stop paying for an unwanted service?

Citizens Advice, which produced the report, said that many companies make it intentionally difficult for people to cancel services such as gym memberships and TV packages.

Worse still, it found examples of people paying for services over long periods of time that they did not realise they were signed up to.

This situation arises because of a "continuous payment authority" (CPA), otherwise known as a recurring payment.

This gives a company permission to regularly take cash via a debit or credit card whenever it deems money is owed. By comparison direct debits offer more security, as the amount is fixed, and notification has to be made of any change in the amount being charged.

In the past, CPAs could only be cancelled with the retailer, but in 2009 new rules came in giving people the right to cancel the payment through their bank or building society.

How to cancel
If you discover you’re paying for something that you don’t want anymore, or don’t remember signing up to, follow these steps.

First, try cancelling through the retailer or service provider either by phone or in writing. Many companies will accept this and that will be the end of it.

However, if a company refuses, the next step is to ask your bank or credit card provider to cancel the payment instead.

It used to be the case that banks would be unwilling to do this, but the Financial Conduct Authority ruled in 2013 that banks have to cancel a recurring payment when asked.

This is the worst thing I have ever done, don’t under any circumstances order from the place,they are con artists, I have been threatened with with debt company only trouble is I have been looking into everything and although their website has all sorts of info on it I urge anyone with a problem with this so called company to have a look on the government’s web site about distance selling this company has NOT provided me with any copy of a contract by any method of communication which they are legally bound to do so under the distance selling due to the fact that the goods you will be buying will exceed £42 and due to the fact that some products are supplements they are not classed as food so I am now taking my case with trading standards and contacting watchdog for the con artists that they are.

I am absaloutely fuming with this company! I see someone promoting this hot chocolate on Instagram saying I can get my first one free and only have to pay shipping so of course why would you not want to get a freebie? I thought it was strange that they were still asking for my bank details But then realised it was probably for the postage. A few weeks later I get £15 taken out of my bank account for no reason and it won’t even let me log into my account so I have no idea what to do and after reading other reviews I now understand that I’m subscripted for 6 months. I think this is absolutely disgusting, it’s false advertising, and so what if it says in the terms and conditions? You should make this clear to the customer that they are going to have to pay £15 for 6 months. I’m a student and cannot afford this and have been advised to cancel my card as it is difficult to cancel the subscription. I’m so disappointed and have never experienced anything like this before. The freebie was definitely not worth this hassle, regret ordering it so much as it doesn’t even taste nice.
